1) Noise from discos around the hotel was terrible! 4 out of our 6 nights in the hotel were sleepless due to loud music till 6am. (the other 2 nights were stormy so I guess this is why clubs were closed) they should at least provide an ear plugs, and consider soundproofing rooms.. 2) staff barely speaks english so it was difficult to communicate. I asked staff at their tourist office to help me book a tour, as tour they offered was sold out. They refused to help me, and were talking and laughing in french behind desk, knowing I cannot understand- very rude. 3) breakfast selection was very poor if you don’t or can’t eat sweet breakfast. sometimes there was a tomato, but no other veggies. no oats or nuts. 4) no fridge in the room, I booked double room and we’ve got a room with 2 single beds 5) at the check in we were only told what time meals are served. no other info. I would expect to be told about their entertainment, eg. tennis, aqua classes etc.. if they don’t speak english they should at least have a leaflet in english that they could share with us. in my opinion this isn’t a foreign- friendly hotel. This is a nice hotel with a lot of entertainment ONLY IF you are French (or speaking French) family with kids and grandparents. if you’re not, then you should consider another hotels

AC in the room was working perfectly. Dinners were good, great selection, lots of healthy options - veggies, salad. Restaurant housekeeping staff were very nice. rooms clean, with balcony. pool was very nice

The noise from the bar opposite to the hotel (it was not every evening, but when active it is very loud until 2.00), especially if you have a room on the main street side of the building.

Good service from well organized staff. Location at the beach with a nice big pool is perfect. Shops and restaurants in walking distance.

The food quality at the buffet could be a bit higher, but you get what you pay for, and it was still pretty good and had a large selection of food.

Room smells very bad. A lot of humidity. Check out at 10 A.M. !! Bad breakfast. I am sorry but not worth a three star ! It seems that because i took only 1 night i got probably the badest room of the Hotel !

Rip-off for what I got - 189€ per night! The hotel screams for major renovation. Behind the layers of paint, you can't hide the smell of mold, literally everywhere. The breakfast, except for the croissants, everything else is the cheapest. Better go to a patisserie near by. I asked to get an airport shuttle but the receptionist told me that she can't order a taxi for me and only to give me a phone number (which btw was lost cause since you should have a reservation in advance). I had hair in the bathroom from previous visitors. And the most ridiculous - the bathroom's ventilation window looks at the staircase and is fully transparent so no privacy while taking a shower. I could continue with more points ....but the list is getting long :)

The sun beds and umbrellas are for free.

Our room had an overpowering smell of mold and elements of black mold were visible in the bathroom. We had to sleep with the windows open and then it was very noisy as people left the bar and hung around the gardens.

The check in staff was delightful and super helpful.

The property is very tired looking and needs an upgrade. I left my phone charger plugged in and left without it. Contacted the hotel and they told me there was no charger in the room…..I told them exactly where it was but came back and said nope nothing there and the cleaner said they hadn’t seen it so someone was lying and it wasn’t me.

Love the location and staff were very pleasant.

A very old and tired hotel!!! The room smelled of damp, and so did the whole ground floor of the building. Everything in the room looked half clean as well as very old and used. This is a tour operator style hotel that has absolutely no charm to it. No wifi or even phone service in the room! for the price of the room, I expected a LOT better. The only thing is the staff who were very professional and helpful.
