The hotel is not too close to the metro or RER — the journey takes 7-10 minutes on foot. Check out time is 11 am. This is unusual, because the time 12 am is more common. The hotel elevator was broken. We were warned about this only upon check-in. There may be an announcement about this on the Booking website, but I couldn’t find it. There were no messages from the hotel either. I booked a double room with one bed and two blankets, but they gave me two separate beds, which were placed side by side. There is construction works going on opposite the building, so the view from the window is not very good, and in the mornings it is noisy. The room was cold, the air conditioner could not heat it.

The hotel offers attractive prices for rooms. On the ground floor there is a cozy bar and a spacious lobby area. All reception staff speak English, are very friendly and ready to help with any question. The rooms are soundproofed — it is not strong, but sufficient for a comfortable sleep. The furnishings of the room are cozy, there is a kettle and coffee, water, and a safe. There are perfumed hygiene products in the bathroom.

The bathroom required two things…a plug for the tub so I could enjoy a bath, and a rubber mat for safety while showering. Otherwise it was fine.

I enjoyed the breakfasts in the cafe. Croissants were delicious, as was the coffee.The area was interesting and gave me opportunities to explore safely on my own. Dinner out on Easter holiday Saturday night posed a problem, but was easily solved when I discovered a local bistro…Les Ursuline. Staff were very helpful with any questions.

The hotel was very lovely but upon arriving back home I have an additional charge of £70+ and I can’t get a response from email and nobody answering the phone to explain why I have been charged extra when I paid for my stay full upon arrival. Could hear the people in the next room all night, not great soundproofing in the room but not a big issue. Would still stay here again!

The staff were welcoming, friendly and always able to help me. I booked a single room for solo traveller which was a perfect size for one person. A very comfortable bed and stylish decor. The bathroom was lovely and clean and some toiletries were supplied. There was a small kettle provided with coffee and water. Breakfast was lovely but not a lot of hot option. Croissants & pastries, baguettes, some cold meats and cheeses, yoghurts etc. it would have been nice to have some warm food, bacon, sausage, eggs etc.

There is a bar there but they told me they hadn't been open since the pandemic. The bar was stocked and there was staff there so I don't see why they are wasting the opportunity make money.

The room was too small for a couple with a child. The two beds basically filled the space and there was not enough for bags. The checking time at 14:00 is too late, and the hotel didn't offer any flexibility to check in earlier.

The staff were super helpful. The location is great giving you access to RER and making it easy to move around.

Everything about this hotel was excellent except for the size of the room. Each staff member (front desk, cleaner, night desk) was exceptionally friendly, professional, helpful & seemed to enjoy working there :-) The fixtures & furnishings of the lobby & our room (e.g. the bathroom fixtures, the wallpaper, the linens, etc.) were very nice, elegant & of high quality. The bathroom & shower were very nice - nice size, well lit & good hot water. Our ONLY complaint was the tiny size of the room. It really wasn’t fit for 2 people. There was no place to put our 2 suitcases & the night tables were far too small for our phones, water bottles, eyeglasses, jewelry, etc. For the price we paid, we would need to have a more appropriately sized room for 2. Everything else was excellent! Merci beaucoup to Sebastián, Manon & the 2 girls who greeted us on Thursday evening. Lovely staff!!
