Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomIf you were staying for a weekend or a holiday I would say the location isn't amazing, but it isn't terrible either. I believe there is a nearby tram station that gets you into the centre quickly but when I stayed it was raining heavily and it was Armistice Day so very little was open, and I didn't want to brave the rain to find somewhere that was.
I was staying here on a journey from Germany to Portugal, and it was handily located close to the road that I was taking. The man behind reception was very friendly when I arrived and recommended me a takeaway (which I didn't use but it was nice to know what was good in the area). The room was clean and tidy, and pretty much what you'd expect.

United KingdomThe location was disappointing and we didn’t feel safe walking around at night as it felt rundown.
It was a convenient place to stay for a stopover.

United KingdomLocated in a poor undeveloped area so walking to the tram stop which is 10 min walk is a little daunting- if you are not planning on going into tours it’s fine (?( But there is nothing in the immediate area)

United KingdomA little confusing to find as there were road works and it’s easy to miss first time. Towels in bathroom a little thin and smallish.
Central, smart and modern. Kettle in room. Really good breakfast. Dog friendly and excellent customer care from young receptionist Zergane who went beyond the call of duty to ensure we had a meal from the local pizza takeaway when the recommended onsite restaurant, Josephine’s (I think) was closed for Halloween. Good selection of wines.

Czech RepublicThe location Is some 15 minutes walk from a tramway, which is convenient but the surroundings is a construction site so it looks like an industrial area. In few years it is going to be very trendy....

United KingdomThe rubber covers on the bed make it very hot for sleeping aircon helpful though. Quite a long walk to tram station ok if your fit. Not much of a view despite being on the riverside a big road between you and it.
Good selection of food for breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful good sized carpark although spaces were small so cars were close together making un packing the car difficult. Rooms were normal hotel size but the family room was larger and good for adding a travel cot . Aircon good quiet rooms.

Hotel was great. Early check in at 12, and check out at 12 was fantastic. Beds were comfy. Aircon worked really well. Location was easily accessible to bus and trams. the train station was about 18mins from hotel. You could also walk to the train station, it was about 15-20min walk. Breakfast was included in our room price. Breakfast was basic, it was from 7-10, but on our last morning we were down around 9.20 and were told they weren’t replenishing the breakfast buffet, which was very disappointing.
