Nothing - I was very happy with my stay. I was abit concerned when my visa card didn't work when I went to pay. Not quite sure why as it worked everywhere else and had worked to book the accommodation.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I was able to check in much earlier than I had expected to as I arrived early, just hoping to leave my bags there. Great advice on places to visit.

Not a lot to report here - the water pressure in the shower could be better, but that’s nit-picking as it was lovely

Very friendly staff, very welcoming; amazing location and it felt very safe to walk around (lots of cafes, bars, close metro…). It was very clean and comfortable. Very varied breakfast options.

Great location in heart of St Germain in quiet part of street. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very close to Metro on pink line which is great for all central attractions

The toilet was so small that I couldn't close the door, which would have been difficult if I had been sharing. The shower room was very small and the shower itself difficult to get into. Anyone much larger than me (1.67m, normal weight) would have found it difficult to fit in. The lift and stair access were both very narrow.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very quiet (as I had requested). The location is excellent: right in the centre of Rue Mouffetard and close to the metro.

The location of this hotel was excellent, it is within walking distance to most attractions in Paris and the street that the hotel is located on is a beautiful neighborhood in Paris to explore. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms at the front can be a tad noisy but wasn’t an issue for me. If noise is an issue, bring earplugs or ask for a room at the back. No safe in the room but brought my own portable safe but this should be made clear on the booking as this is a big anxiety factor for solo travel.

Room was a good size for one person and bed was extremely comfy with very good quality pillows. Room was very clean too. Aircon was perfect as rooms were hot after getting back for the day. Great bars and restaurants around the area with lots of places to get food to go too. Staff were very friendly too! Close to metro with easy route with one simple change to get to Eiffel Tower. Also close to Toot Bud hop on hop of bus tour. Close to RER B station link too for airport (10 minute walk). For the price, it was good value for money but be prepared to use the metro or bus tours to get around the city.

Fire alarm at 5:30 am on our third night of stay (the staff explained that it is a new system and everything is okay).

Few minutes walk from the Metro station and lots of shops and restaurants around. Staff are always polite and accommodating.
