Our main criticism of the room was the inadequate table space - just one very small table instead of the big desk that we used to get at the hotel. The bed was also too firm for me

Pricey for what it is. Not up to the same standard of other Mercures that we had stayed in. When we opened the door of the room that we were given, the stench of cigarette smoke almost knocked us out, even though it was meant to be non smoking hotel. How the cleaning staff hadn't noticed it, I just don't know. Luckily we were able to change the room, although not to the same standard. Beds were too hard.

Nice location, just off the autoroute. We had a couple of drinks in the bar and the wines were excellent.

The staff were exceptionally good, especially on reception, and did everything to make one's stay enjoyable, easy and relaxed. The food in the Restaurant was very good, tasty and well presented. The breakfasts were very adequate. Lots of very easy parking right beside the hotel. Altogether a very nice stay.

The bathroom was dirty and smelt of drains whenever the shower was turned on. The decor of the room and bathroom made the room feel very dark and depressing.

    Receptionists spoke good English.

The food was terrible, when the waitress came to clear the plates she didn't question that any of it had been eaten. The draught beer cooler wasn't working, they didn't mind, they just sold you warm flat lager.

The bar and restaurant areas are clean, tidy and modern. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Dreadful dinner saturday evening in mercure restaurant. My burger was raw/tartare as was my wife's boeufsteak, despite asking us the cuisson.

We thought it was a bit more expensive than what it offered. Particularly, the meals and bar were quite expensive and the room was what one would expect to pay in an area close to the center of town.

Exceptionally friendly staff and nice facilities. The room was clean and nicely prepared with all of the things we expected. Bed was comfortable and the setting was pleasant.
