Signage and directions to hotel could have been clearer. Lots of one-way streets in area mean a long drive around the block if you miss the hotel the first time.

Hotel was pleasant and staff efficient. Car parking behind hotel for approx. 8 or 9 cars only and not gated. Restaurant area and food very good, not what you would expect from the outside of the building. A bit awkward to find if there are large vehicles parked outside making deliveries and therefore blocking the view of anyone trying to see the name on the front of the hotel from the one-way street outside. (FYI: It's at the top, on the right.)

The room was a little stark and the layout was a bit odd--for example, to have the only closet placed inside the toilet. It wasn't a room that made you want to linger there. The wifi was a bit slow.

The bed was comfy and there were two additional pillows in the closet, which bulked up the somewhat flat pillows on the bed. We liked the wonderful hot shower. We liked the availability of parking and the security lock on the front door at night.

Difficult to find as outside name faded but there appears to be some refurbishment going on with sister hotel opposite.

Very warm and friendly staff. Cold night but exceptionally warm and cosy room. Restaurant very good. Reasonable prices with well cooked and nicely presented food. Good parking in central city location. Very reasonably priced.

I could moan about the lift being slow and small, but it didn't really hurt. It worked!

Not being able to get a cup of tea/coffee in the room or lobby without paying restaurant prices (eg my mother had a €3 hot chocolate).

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. There appeared to have been a recent refurbishment and everything was still immaculate. Paying €5 for parking was very good value.

This is the third time in 3 years I have staid here. The hotel is very well placed, they have secure parking for motorcycles and the buffet breakfast is good quality. It is very clean. It has a lift. Most of the staff have little or no English (not a problem for me) but are very helpful.

The beds were new and very firm. The front rooms were noisy, as they were on the main square and no AC.

The rooms were small and plain, they certainly did not hire an interior decorator. It was more like a college dorm. The bathrooms were adequate and clean. The big plus was that the old city was right out the front door and 300 meters from the Soulages Museum.

we were there for four nights and they changed the towels and swept the floor after the third night.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Secure parking available for motorbikes (in a garage) also parking available for cars. The hotel is right in the town centre opposite the cathedral.

Traffic noise in room 202 (comfort room ?) almost unbearable plus smell of fumes as vehicles wait for traffic lights. Thursday night worse as kebab shop open till 2am and a meeting place for ALL Rodez youngsters!

Staff were so helpful and welcoming. There is an excellent Patisserie just opposite for pastries and coffee. The Kebab shop is excellent for a quick bite.

We arrived on Sunday at 1:30 pm and did not read that the checking was only after 3pm, but fortunately we saw the housekeeper helps us to store our luggage in the lobby until the desk manager arrives. Nothing else.

The friendly staff who gives a warm atmosphere to the place. We wanted to stay longer but it was fully booked . We went to the "hotel du clocher " that was/is a disaster. We went back at the hotel du midi when An apartment became available ( very good for a family or 4 or 5). We were eating everyday out but we were told that the restaurant at the hotel is great.

Shame the hotel restaurant closed at 20.30 - if it had stayed open until 21.00 or 21.30 we would have eaten here.

We had a room on the first floor at the rear of the hotel - very quiet. The breakfast was great - croissants, sliced bread for diy toast, ham, cheese and cold boiled eggs, yoghurst, cereals, hot and cold milk, assorted teas, coffee, hot chocolate, large choice of jams and baguette bread. 9 euros for adults 4,50 for children. The shower was powerful and the water was hot. Wifi worked well in the room.
