room was too hot, no free water in room, asked for 2 rooms close to each other and they end up giving us rooms in different buildings and the keycards only work in one or the other building so we could no easily visit. We also checked we could stay till the official checkout time of 12 noon.... but of course the access cards stopped working by 11:30am and we then had to wait 10 minutes at reception to have them unblocked again.

No parking, you have your park in the street!- we had to park 5 minutes away, Breakfast offering is poor as the hotel has no Breakfast room. The hotel makes a big deal of its spa and you are bombarded by emails prior to your arrival about the complicated rules around its use!

The hotel doesn't have a parking. Some public parking can be used close by. Be careful that St Sebastian parking (shopping mall) closes on Sunday..

Nicely located, we loved the decoration and style of this hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, well thought, nice colors. Nice bathroom with "Cinq monde" products. Breakfast is really nice, and the Spa is great. Not too many people can go to the Spa at same time, so looks rather exclusive. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Spa was very small with limited space and availability. Unfortunately some of the ‘adults’ using it seemed to think it was a play area and ruined the calmness. No staff members were in attendance so our visit was not as relaxing as expected. The hotel room was very small which would make it very uncomfortable for more than a couple of nights. We booked a ‘superior’ room for additional space, but I was shocked at how little space there actually was.

Location and cleanliness of the property were excellent.

The outside façade of the building itself is not fantastically impressive, but the location is very good (very central). The most annoying part about the facilities (pool, spa, ...) is that fact that EVERYTHING needs to be booked in advance, plus the fact that you receive tons of mails instructing you to book in advance - so at least we were warned. Those same e-mails also mention compulsory installation of a "Best Western" phone app for booking, which we did not install, but this also turned out not to be needed after all. We were travelling with two kids, and had hoped to use the pool occasionally without prior reservation, but so this was not possible.

The inside of the building is nice, clean, fancy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is not very large, but really well maintained and with high-quality products. At peak moments, there is not enough room to seat everyone for breakfast, though. Overall a very good experience, in a nice city - we did not expect Nancy to be so large and offer so many attractions. We will be back, and probably in the same hotel. Parking in a public car park at 200m was convenient - we were afraid that this car park would be full between Xmas and New Year, but in fact there was plenty of space.

Not much if I’m being fussy, toilet in one room, and shower and sink in another so you have to walk two different places if you need the loo at night and want to wash your hands after. But that’s minor.

Easy walk from train and into the old part of town. Helpful staff, we were in the older building so we had nice windows opening to the street. Small but useful lift in this side. Good pool and sauna. Nice bar on the roof.

The welcome was friendly and smooth, the hotel was In a good location very close to the train station. The spa area was nice. I rarely stay in best westerns as they are often quite poor but this one was good.

Noisy neighbours, the hotel advertised that the walls where thick enough not to hear anything. Four our first room that was a complete lie, we could hear everything. Second room was perfect!

Staff gave us a new room after complaining about noisy neighbours. Nice spa, small swimming pool. Nice location for a city trip. Very nice rooftop bar.

The staff was a bit unprofessional. And also I missed a friendly smile… The hotel is missing a porters or valet parking. And the hotel is missing a dining restaurant. I was traveling with elderly people and everything was closed on Monday…so we had to walk pretty far for some food…and again no support or proactive action from the staff in this matter.

We reserved a 3 person room, but ended up with a 2 person room with a baby bed. Changing this should at least have been discussed with us, we had to pay for an upgrade, which in hindsight I found not correct.
