Central location,very clean and comfortable.Privilege room was very spacious for two adults and a child.Very good restaurant. ideal for visiting Mary Madeleine Basilica which is just a small walk away.Paid parking nearby, two hours free and free from 7pm to 9am, otherwise €2 per hour.

We were lucky to find a free parking spot each night but that was stressful. Had to pay for parking in the lot down the street during the day. The bath towels are small and old (thin) and we needed to ask for more. They responded by providing more. You need two to get dry.

The 1st room we had booked, the cheapest, only had a double bed so we had to swap to the 2nd most expensive room to get a King's size In the very large room/bathroom (for the disabled) the shower and sink plug were broken. The key was bent and opening the door could be difficult

Lighting in the room. Inconveniences of bringing in luggage from car parked too far away. Going through 2 doors to enter the room.

The room was clean, quiet and I slept well. Breakfast was good and convenient. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant for dinner was excellent.

We had a nice dinner and the staff were very good. Only problem was the 2 steaks we had weren’t the best. Breakfast was fine but nothing hot was offered in way of eggs etc. My bug bear , in many hotels including this is there is not freshly squeezed Orange juice .. final point was the internet wasn’t great - maybe we were unlucky Parking a little way away was fine and tickets needed between 9am - 7pm

Rooms are filthy / mound in the bathroom - areas not dusted properly

Highlight is the breakfast. They have a patisserie in-house and make their own croissants. That made up for the rest! 😂. The staff is nice and helpful. Very cheap public parking available around the corner (€2 a night)
