No lift. Kettle provided in the room, but nothing else with it. A little tricky to find as tucked away, but lovely when you find it!

This was a sweet and charming place to stay - situated in a lovely corner of La Napoule! Surrounded by attractive little bars, cafes and restaurants which added to the charm! The staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating with a personal touch! You could sit just outside and enjoy a coffee and soak up the ambiance, while taking advantage of the sunshine.

Exceptional service, excellent value and great location. The staff were absolutely brilliant - they found me a free parking space, though this wasn't included in my boooking; they got us a cab sorted to take us to and from a wedding party; they even mailed a shirt I left in the cupboard by mistake. We would love to have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Mostly all good, but lack of hair dryer and no lift (we were on top floor) minor niggles.

Loads of good nearby eateries, bars and a short walk to a sandy beach, nestled under the castle. Easy transport links to Cannes and beyond.

No fridge in the room, so in summer you can't really keep any food in the room. The total amount of stay was withdrawn from my card in a few weeks before arrival. However during check-out we were asked to pay again, explaining it was only blocking of the amount, but my bank explained that the hotel has already received the payment two weeks before arrival. Be ready it could happen and resolve the financial issues during check-in, not check-out.

Excellent location, quiet, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Supermarkets close to the hotel. Two minutes walk to the train station. A lot of restaurants in the area, but still not very noisy even late in the evening. Great room terrace! Extremely pleasant staff.

Bathrooms are very small and tight. Not a lot of storage space.

Location is the winning formula here!. This is a very basic hotel. Clean, comfortable, with no frills and no fuss. If you want to be close to the old part of La Napoule, in walking distance of the beach and on the train line to Cannes then this hotel hits the spot. While the hotel itself has limited catering, there are many restaurants and bars just outside the door, all offering different experiences. The hotel is perfectly located for relaxation. It does what it says on the tin!

Have stayed here many times before and this visit was disappointing. Hotel staff person was only there when we arrived and never could find anyone after that for assistance. Rooms were on third floor with no elevator.

recommend. The staff was extremely nice but it was a little hard to communicate due to the language barrier. Nobody spoke English but we were able to use the wifi in the hotel and pull out our translators! Do not let this deter you from going!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Currently going on a 6 week journey through Europe and this was one of the best stays we've had so far (we're 5 weeks in). The owner was extremely nice, the breakfast was good, the room was great and the location was excellent. This hotel is a few steps away from the local train station, a 5 minute walk from the beach and nestled in between a couple of fantastic restaurants! Would highly recommend.

Has limited facilities - fortunately our room had a small balcony facing south west so we could sunbathe from about 11:00am. There's no bar or restaurant at the hotel, although you can get breakfast and drinks during the day. Our room was also above a restaurant next door - which could get lively at night - but the noise didn't bother us. The train and bus service is close by, but the trains don't run very often and the buses are about 1 an hour.

Cute small hotel in the centre of La Napoule. Easy walk to beaches down the hill. Our room overlooked the town square, with restaurants and shops all around us. Pretty little town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. Cote restaurant, close by, was superb. We tried the 2 star Michelin restaurant , L'Oasis, which was ok but not great. Food at La Rotonde restaurant was also excellent.

Room had a little balcony to sit and look at the nightlife outside on the street. The wooden floor seemed to be very new, as well as the bathroom that looked very modern. Rest of the room was very simple, especially the bed. However, i slept like a Baby!

The hotel was in a great position, very close to the train station which is good if you are travelling around Europe on the train. There are restaurants right outside the door and of course down the street and the beach is also close. Mandelieu is great little town with lots of little beach coves to explore. Walk around the path where the castle is and you will discover them. The hotel room is small but very clean with a brand new bathroom that has a great shower. It also has air con and wifi. The room is great value for money.

The train station is 2 minutes away but you don't hear the train. The hotel is in a small piazza with restaurants and a nearby grocery store. We were on the back side so there was no noise. Very helpful and amiable personnel, always ready to assist. Good location, close to the Castle and to the seashore. One minute walk from railway station. Some may not like that but as for me it was rather good not to walk a long way with a suitcase. And I cannot say that the railway is very noisy here. Maybe it will be not very quiet in high season but in February it had been fine. And Mimosa festival was unforgettable!
