PolandOur apartament for 4 was very clean and spacy; although it did not have AC it was provided with 2 fans. The owners are very friendly, speaking french and english. They cook excellent meals. In the close proximity there is a small shop, bakery and a very good restaurant. Parking on the street in front of the hotel.

Quite close to Sainte-Croix Lake and Verdon Gorge (by car) — we stayed overnight between two days of exploring the area. The hotel is really cozy, and the room was nice, spacious, and clean. We also had a tasty dinner (despite the late hour — thank you for that!). The owners seem like very nice and friendly people. And yes, great value for the price.

SloveniaThere is a wardrobe in the room, but unfortunately no hangers. Some modest TV would be nice in the room. On summer days, it would be good to have a small refrigerator in the room, for water or some refreshments. Breakfast is paid for separately, maybe some content that is not sweet would be useful.
The hotel is located in a very nice little village. It is a typical French Provençal village, like from the movies. The hotel building is very old, but quite well preserved and renovated. The view from the room window was enchanting. The host is kind, the cleanliness is at a very high level. There is free parking which was easily accessible. We were offered dinner, but we didn't need it.

Extreme friendly host speaking fluent English in France! (He is a Canadian :)). Breakfast is served “on demand”. When you have kids it’s a paradise, lots of games available. We drove extensive Lavendel Tours from here, including gorge du Verdon. A lot of sightseeing destinations are within a day trip distance.
