The rooms are a little bit dated and need an update.Parking was a real problem, but free underground parking was a five minute walk away.

This is a well situated Hotel with modern facilities. There were good sea views from our room, which was on the top floor(third),and was very quiet.

The Wi-fi didn’t appear to reach the third floor and unfortunately although we visited on the 18th June it appeared to be before the season had started as the restaurant was not open.

The hotel was in a great position and the rooms clean and functional. It was very good value for money.

It didn't bother me but perhaps some of the décor in the bathroom could be updated - ie the shower facility.

The shower wasn't the best but everywhere we stayed in France during the trip was similar.

Good location, helpful reception staff (especially with parking), good restaurant right next door, central location for Dinard. That area of northern Brittany has plenty to offer. Breakfast was great, though extra.

The terrace should have been re-arranged ready for guests after the winter considering it was a heat wave. The hotel declined to book a taxi for transport from the airport and the return one they did book came 30 minutes late - not their fault but travellers beware.

Proximity to the beach and restaurants, quiet , clean, breakfast good, staff helpful, an ideal small hotel if the traveller wants to be on the beach or visiting the town. The hotel is not so ideal for a business or long stay guest .

The room was in the attic and on the small size. No facilities to make tea or coffee. Parking was a nightmare as arrived on Sunday afternoon and Dinard was busy, this was March so dread to think how the parking will be in the Summer. We eventually found a place about 7 mins walk away which was free, but leaving early yesterday morning and raining and snowing meant getting very wet to find the car, if not free then metered or towed away. Really difficult to find somewhere to get a light meal ie omelette and chips etc that wasnt pricey. Only stayed here as near to airport and had an early flight

Check in could have been better. There was nobody on reception so could not gain entry and stood outside in the rain for quite some time, ringing the bell. Telephoned the number on the door and got an answer machine the first time, so retried and was told that the reception closed at 16.00 on Sunday and they said they had tried to contact me. They gave me an entry code and they had prepared a key for us and gave us instructions to find the room and were very helpful. So got there in the end

Our room's bathroom was dated however others in our group were in modernised rooms.

The location of this hotel was perfect, 100 meters from the beach, 150/200 meters from the town/shops/restaurants & bars and an easy walk from the vadette. We were a group of 5 couples and we agreed that we would all stay here again. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly and made our very first stay in Dinard one to remember and repeat! :-)

The breakfast was very limited for 11 euros. The property next door was being renovated so it could be noisy during the day. In July it was light until 22.30 but the terrace was closed at 20.00 so no chance to sit out and enjoy the last of the sun.

The lack of parking at the hotel or even nearby was a bit of a headache, all the roads surrounding the hotel have on street parking which is to be paid for but has a 2 hour limit meaning that you need to either leave your car on a street a good walk away which doesn't have restricted parking or in a car park down by the market which is free but again is a good walk away. The rooms in the hotel were ok, bathrooms maybe a little dated. The main reason to stay here is to the location and the views from the sea view rooms.

The location is excellent, within a stones throw of the beach and a short stroll to the shops and restaurants. The receptions staff were extremely polite and helpful. Sea view rooms worth paying the extra for as the view in a morning is lovely.

Only thing I say would be needed in hotel rooms is a little kettle and complimentary tea and coffee and sugar.

Staff was always on hand but left you alone to make you feel relaxed and comfortable, when departing Staff was very helpful and printed some of the family boarding passes( ones who had trouble printing them ) staff made sure we all had taxis on time to take us to the airport. Lack of staff - met by receptionist on arrival 15:30 then saw no-one. We left at 09:00 the following morning and saw a cleaner. The room key was deposited in a plastic box as no-one on reception Reception and bar area only open in restricted hours. Pot luck with parking the car. Also, we ended up in a payant parking bay in a side street as it was the nearest parking to the hotel and it is not even full season. We saw what was available for breakfast, a vending machine would have been just as useul.

No tea making facilities in the room. Just bottles of water. No AC so windows open all night and it was very noisy but perhaps just that night as end of season. TV worked. Worrying that the hotel is completely empty of staff for so long - we had to call someone to get in at 10pm (confusion over automatic door) and they were at home.

More of a stop over hotel than for a holiday. We stayed one night en route to St Malo and enjoyed the beach, 50m away and local restaurants. Good breakfast terrace, but we didn't use it. Bathroom clean. Only saw one staff member, who spoke English well.

Very small room, tiny oddly shaped bathroom. When on the toilet you had to be careful not to crack your head on the washbasin. Expensive for a very basic room

    Location near the sea
