This could be a matter of taste - The bed was not very comfy, it was very soft, when two people lay down on the bed it is almost like a quick sand, like laying on the marshmallow

Disturbed sleep a couple of nights with not many but enough mosquitos to prevent good slumber.(late Sept)Hotel is above a couple of restaurants which are noisy on the weekends untill after midnight and first thing before dawn opening up,but,hey,its a city.

Location excellent.Hotel spotlessly clean.Breakfast quite good in the main.Old town and other attractions in easy walking distance.Parking not a problem at all and was concerned somewhat about this before hand.Its free outside after 7.00pm and untill 9.00am following morning and all day Sundays.Other than that we put in local multi storey if we we were not travelling far that particular day.

The room was very small, they did not even have some free drinks (e.g. some hotels have coffee machines, infusion teas to enjoy etc. They did not have any.

The blind is missing. The hygiene standards for breakfast could be improved. People needed to hold the bread and cakes with their hands to serve themselves.

Shower worked well but dimensions were too narrow (around 1 square-meter), and noises from the neighboring room and upstairs could be heard through the wall/ceiling (e.g. noisy guest talking on phone out loud at midnight.

Comfy bed in a spacious room. Excellent and wide variety of breakfast, also the time for serving breakfast was extensive (I think from 6:00 to 10:00). Excellent staff service, and excellent location (near the city center and good restaurants and other services).

The hotel was ok but my room was not nice. Was too small for 1 person. Room was wery dark, and no vew from the window just the backyard.Other rooms had more space and pretty flowers on little balconies. They were cozy. Mine was gloomy.

The entry to the hotel is a bit strange and not obvious to find. It looks like a garage.

The room was small but cozy, warm, comfortable and very clean. The location was not exactly at the historical center, but not far from it.

Each morning it took about 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower. And after another 5 minutes there were again no hot water. That's probably a thing with old buildings and boilers

The room was a bit too tiny, it was difficult to move around. The mattress was a bit too soft. Not complaining though, just a matter of taste I guess! The hotel is on a busy street, so cars at all hours, but keeping the window closed, not a problem

The room was beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, the location quite good and handy from the center, good value for money. Lovely breakfast. Keep up the good work, guys!!
