The room was small. I would have liked fresh drinking water / bottle of water in the room. Bathroom was tiny

This is not a criticism of the hotel but related to its location. Our room overlooked a square and there was a restaurant beneath us which was very noisy in the early hours of the morning - moving barrels or heavy furniture at 3 am on one occasion with a lot of banging around and shouting- which penetrated the double glazed window. Another guest commented on this to us. Maybe the hotel could liaise with the restaurant over this regarding the time they do 'heavy' work.

Very clean and well decorated. the staff were always friendly and very helpful. A very central location. I would stay here again.

The room was long and skinny, could barely lay our opened suitcases down next to the beds. Like most properties of the era it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Area is noisy at night so earplugs would be a good idea.

Charming century-old hotel in Le Marais right on Rue de Rivoli near many things we wanted to visit. Terrific neighborhood. Climate control in the room was good. Beds were small but comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bed was rather uncomfortable and the window was not particularly sound proof. It was very noisy outside so this kept me awake.

Lovely location, helpful and pleasant staff. Decor of hotel and room was well designed. Nice rooftop views of Notre Dame, Montparnasse Tower, the Centre Pompidou and the Eiffel Tower laser when it went dark.

The hotel was just as I imagined a Parisian hotel to be - altogether quaint, quirky and vibrant. It may be a little dated but I felt this added to its charm. Located in a bustling, lively neighborhood, and just a short walk from major Paris attractions and connecting metro/RER stations, added to the hotel's appeal. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable, perfect for dropping the bags and heading out on the town. Staff were friendly and helpful, showing immense patience for my rudimentary french, (although they quite happily spoke english too!)

The whole place was quirky and very French. Great location, whilst the room was very small, it provided everything I needed, and the shower was hot!

The decor is gorgeous, there’s a comfy bed and the room is nice and quiet despite being in the heart of Paris. It was easy to walk to multiple restaurants and shops nearby.

The lift was a bit old fashioned.

The location was brillant. The restuarants and bars were just beside us which made it great for going out in night and getting back. The Louvre was within walking distance and all the other tourist attractions were within a few mins taxi journey.

There was no safe in the room. I also expected the room to have a coffee mug and kettle especially since it was winter. That would have contributed to a better experience.

Loved the location and the decor of the room. The balcony was big and beautiful. Very Parisian!

Bathrooms are old, need to be redesign than the rooms will look stylish and the blankets need to be renewed. And they should use duvets instead of naked blankets. The carpeting in general areas have some stains. These are makes the hotel 2 star and don’t give you the hygiene effect even though the rooms were very clean and cleaned everyday.

The room ambiance with the colorful wallpapers, nice size and big windows. Weather was very cold but the hotel was very hot. The heating system was working perfectly. Location,
