You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A water saving tap in the sink is automatic and has a mind of it's own- sometimes it works and other times needs several frustrating passes to get any water. Staircase from individual entrance is loose.

SwedenThey were closed when I arrived (2 pm) and no one replied to "emergency" phone number that was written on the door. Once they opened (4 pm) the owner said he had seen my call, however, he didn't bother to apologize for the inconvenience of the fact that I had to wait for 2 hours until they opened, without any explanation. I was bombed with messages once I made my booking but nothing was said there about the opening hours - would be great to add this information so the guests know when they can enter (they are closed between 12 am and 4 pm). The floor in my room was not clean, many surfaces were dusty. It was also cold and not possible to increase the heating. The way to order food for breakfast is a bit weird and not very convenient, you need to remember to change your order if you want to eat different things next day. The cleanliness isn't good in general, also the way they handle your food (touching it without prior washing or disinfecting hands seems a bit out of standard to me). They did try to be nice but I felt as if I was owing them something and I did not feel as a valued customer. And be prepared it really smells cats, everywhere except inside the room.
I think the idea of the hotel is nice, however, everything was not according to my expectations. Owners' attitude to cats and environment is something to appreciate.

United KingdomNo cleaning until we left the property. Internet was a nightmare; only one device at a time, surfing the internet and YouTube, but no WhatsApp to make calls (home).
The location was fabulous, in the city and everything we needed was just around the property; such train station, shops, transport and much more.
