The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Hotel right in the centre of Evian-les-bains. Lake Geneva is a two minute walk away. Extremely good value for money 😊

Hotel is great located with private "free" parking. Direct connection to the main street full of restaurants and shops. Everything is in walking distance in few minutes. Rooms were clean, beds were fine. The room offered a view of the lake -amazing! Rooms were quiet during the night. Hotel is offering possibility to get rest at theirs private garden , there are chairs and sunbeds. Breakfast on the terrace was tasty, with fresh pastries and with a wide selection of dishes for breakfast. Best off - the staff - they are so nice and helpful !!!

If they have AC in the room it would be appreciated (however it was clearly mentioned before booking and I was aware about it) The work site (which is not in their hand) is complicating the access to the free parking

Access to the hotel can be quite tricky. However, the owner rang us that if we arrive past 9 pm, our keys will be at the reception. Postcode is slightly misleading and we wouldn't be able to find the parking for this property if we wouldn't call the owner who gave us very clear directions. Nevertheless, we parked the car and all was ok.

Very good location just a few meters from Lake Geneva. The hotel is located 2 minutes from Source Sachat Evian which is very nice. Unfortunately, I did have very limited time to explore this beautiful destination but the first impression is great.

Great location. You are just in front of center. Hotel has parking for free. And view from hotel room was really nice! Def recommends to come here. Hotel stuff is super nice too.

Very tidy , clean , quiet and comfortable rooms, very kind and pleasant staff, a rich breakfast. A precious place in the center of Evian in the central place of the Xmas events. Patricia has offered us, without extra charge, a day- term place of our luggage after our check out, and she waited with patience and kindness for us to deliver them. nothing but would like to note that the hallways are quite dark so you’ll have to manually flip the switches. in the end it is a simple two star hotel so there are some frills that are available but it is a very clean hotel that I love.

The staff was so amazing and accommodating when I needed to adjust my check in and check out times. They accommodate late check-in‘s and are very good with communication. I was between another hotel and this one and ended up choosing this one because the front desk responded immediately. The hotel is right on the commercial street so you walk right out and there is a parking lot by availability only. You can walk to the source for free Evian water by exiting the back. I requested a room with a Lakeview and they were able to accommodate me. I am on a solo trip and felt really called to the water. There is a free simple breakfast in the morning, which I took advantage of one morning and the front desk did not mind when I showed up 15 minutes before closing breakfast. She was cheerful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again I will bring my partner with me next time. The room was quite spacious! And I appreciated the extra pillow. The elevator is a huge plus because my luggage is extremely heavy.
