    Nothing.

Very helpful staff. When my wife found the bed too low for her to get up easily the reception staff immediately offered to switch us to a more suitable room. The breakfast is extremely good value. There is a grill house next to the hotel for other meals.

I found the Hotel a bit difficult to find. It was not their fault but my up to date map showed TWO roads marked D911. The correct one is that nearer to Millau town. Get precise directions !

Good parking beside the hotel. Panoramic view of Millau from the Dining room, including the famous 2.5km- British designed suspension bridge in the background. An adjacent restaurant saves a trip into Millau town.

Arrived at 6.30 , parked the car, the sign of the hotel was broken with bits missing (not a good start or image). Nobody at reception , leaves all over the floor inside . Room was ok ish , didn't seem that clean . Bathroom had a nasty smell and the bed was crap , it rolled into the middle. So hotel and room would be 3/10

Not much at all. The saving grace was that the hotel was next to a Restaurant that was very nice indeed , and you got a 10% discount on the total bill because you stayed in the hotel. And there was a swimming pool at the hotel that did look quite nice. This is the 10th time we have stayed in Millau and the first in this hotel, would i stay again? i dont know, the only thing that would make me go back is the restaurant , because for the type of restaurant that it is i would give it 8/10

Only 1pillow per person when asked for more I was told they didn't have any. Miserable staff on reception didn't tell us about the discount another guest did. Distance from town

Free secure parking. 10% discount in the restaurant next door. Close to the motorway. Pool (didn't use it arrived late).

Corridors could do with a lick of paint!

Excellent spot for an overnight stay while travelling. Comfortable quiet room. Ample parking and well situated on the outskirts of Millau. Breakfast fairly minimal but sufficient for the price. Would use again if travelling this way. Amusingly, exited the lift into corridor wondering what the hell we would find but was very pleasantly surprised. Better than the Ibis we used the night before!

    Nothing.

This hotel is in a good location on the edge of the town. The rooms are basic but comfortable I had a great nights sleep. The wifi worked well too. I could just make out the bridge from the window, but you do get a great countryside view. Breakfast was good and there is easy free parking on site. The town of Millau is really nice too. Reception staff didn't really speak much English so you need to use some basic French but most people would get by without.

Nice comfortable clean hotel. Good restaurant next door. Quiet location with nice rural views but quite handy to town. It was soooo good to have an electric jug with coffee, tea, milk and sugar supplied. All hotels should do this like in NZ.

The toaster was spasmodic and expensive to operate, some mornings it was not turned on high enough. A pop up toaster would be more practical and easier to operate and cheaper to run. We only had cups for hot drinks provided for 2 days so were unable to utilize the facilities in our room for the rest of the stay.

cleanliness, value for money, the next door restaurant excellent. The receptionist on arrival and departure very customer friendly and helpful.

Out of town location may not suit all, but was fine for us as it had all we needed.

Excellent room with plenty of space and a very nice, spacious bathroom, good shower (no bath). Comfy beds and aircon. Has an outdoor pool, great after a long hot motorbike ride! Secure underground parking for the bikes, with a lift to reception (great for bike cases etc). Good selection at breakfast and a good restaurant next door for evening meal. This was the best budget hotel we have stayed in on a big tour of France as motorbikers, so highly recommended!I would seek out this chain of hotels in other regions, based on this one.

Used as an overnight stop on way south. Easy to find and in a stunning location overlooking the town and near to bridge. Beware limited reception times, not sure what happens if you turn up late. Modern hotel with limited facilities although a nice pool area. The restaurant is next door and very good value, and takes advantage of those views and seemed very popular with non residents. Good size bedroom with huge comfortable bed, and large bathroom. Breakfast was the usual selection for a budget hotel but good value.

Transport and access: Direct bus service by Line A to the entrance of the hotel was not operational. Had to wait more than an hour to take Line 2 and then walked uphill from the bus stop with the suitcase. Services: The reception was closed for check-in from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. I rang the bell and knocked on the door but no one answered. Had to wait in the cold for hours. Check out time should be 12:00 p.m. instead of 11:00 a.m. Value for money: The additional cost of breakfast besides the room rates of about US$10 was little bit expensive. The guests might like eggs, ham and fruit on the menu. Perhaps I would not have breakfast but only boarding. Surroundings: There is a repair and maintenance factory for automobile nearby and the chemical solvent pollute the otherwise clean air at the elevated location.

Location: The hotel is on the hilltop of city limit of Millau. It gives a great view and guests could see part of the Millau Viaduct from the entrance. Nearby is a big shopping centre and 2 supermarkets. I found it very convenient to buy groceries and souvenoirs. Breakfast: The foods and drinks at breakfast were hot and delicious, although the opening time could be earlier at 7:00 a.m. instead of 7:30 a.m. Room & cleanliness: The room, bed and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Staff: The staff quite friendly and hospitable even though they only speak French and very little English. Access to vantage points: It is a short walk uphill to a nearby hilltop to get the full view of the Millau Viaduct. Transport services: It is quite a distance from the town centre and tourist shops. The bus services were too infrequent. Luckily I got a free lift from a kind lady and gentleman near the SNCF train station to the hotel. Overall: I would recommend to my friends and I would stay at the Deltour Hotel next time..

Limited options for dinner as we had 2 dogs with us, the local restaurant would not accept them on a Saturday night.
