Because of renovations, there was no lift available. They did let us know about it well in advance though.

10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Close to metro station. Quiet, small hotel. Nice breakfast. Nice staff. Nice modern room.

I'm not a smoker so I noticed this in all of Paris (inside and out) but I found the room to have a very heavy smoke smell.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and very helpful! The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable.

On arrival late evening and being told lift was being maintained I asked to be moved to the first floor. The room did not have the heating on but the staff were very helpful even at such a late hour. Still was cold but ok later.

This small hotel is in a perfect position next to the Eiffel Tower. My room did not face it but it did not matter. The room not very big but comfortable. The bathroom is big enough. The breakfast is really good with the best coffee I ever had in Paris. Staff were very helpful.

The elevator was being repaired. No fault there.

I had difficulty walking, and Roy at the front desk was so crucial to our finding a way to explore Paris. We were always greeted with a smile at the front desk and especially by the dear miss who prepared our breakfast table.

The front doors can only be opened by staff inside. Most of the time they have someone there watching to unlock them, but at one point nobody was at the desk and I just had to stand out front ringing the bell and knocking, hoping someone would eventually come back. I could see staff inside but none of them saw me waving, it took at least 5 minutes just to get in to the lobby. My room was very small and as best I could find only had one power outlet, on the other side of the room from the bed. Also the elevator is miniscule and fairly slow. My room was sandwiched between the elevator and the stairs, so I could hear the elevator mechanisms moving at all hours and could hear folks in the stairwell.

Location was excellent, very close to the Eiffel Tower and easy to find. Groceries, pharmacies, tourist shops, and cafes were all nearby. The bathtub in my bathroom was wonderful too, very big and deep. I appreciated the toiletries provided as well, including cotton swabs and nail files. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable.

it needs sound prof in the room. we could hear neighbor rooms and it was annoying when they were loud.

location was great, no need for public transport to see the tourist attractions. the room was a bit small, but clean.

Noise. It could be quiet noisy early in the morning - banging noises. Walls were thin you could hear into next door.

Location was brilliant, just 5 minute walk from the eiffle tower and right beside a metro line. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of towels. Shower was powerful! Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is fantastinc whenever you have a UNESCO meeting! The courtesy of the night concierge when leaving the hotel very early and you can get an expresso was really appreciated!
