Reception staff incredibly helpful. Calling several restaurants to find us a reservation for 7 people. Carried our bags to rooms. Value for money.

The man was very nice at check-in and breakfast. However the lady was abrupt and rude when we asked if it was possible to get anything to eat as we'd just had a long journey and everywhere in town was shut or stopped serving. A polite sorry but we don't do food would have been better!

Short walk to the centre of fleurie and the man who checked us in was friendly. The room was fine.

We were in separate rooms, and they weren't adjoining so we had to split up with a child each, but we knew that when we booked.

We had a great day in Fleurie tasting the wines, everyone was lovely, and we had an amazing meal at maison du cep (something like that) properly amazing.

The room was very small, too small for a 3 star hotel. The floor of the bathroom and toilet was made of linoleum, and although clean, not really hygienic. The outdoor pool was very small, and the sauna cabin was situated in the hall of the first floor. Summarizing, It is an ok hotel for a one night stay, but unfortunately our experiences don't compare at all with the high scores the other guests have given it.

The room was clean, the beds and bedlinen felt like new. The personel was helpfull and friendly.

Nothing it is a good small bed and breakfast.

The pool was a welcome addition on a hot day. A vineyard owner had told us about a short cut to FLEURIE which we used. There is a super restaurant there called Auberge du Cep which is exceptional.

There was no evening meal available and although the town was within walking distance there was only a pizza bar open on Sunday evening

The garden was very attractive and well kept, the swimming pool looked very inviting

Shower was over the bath which made it impossible for my husband to shower. No facilities for less able people. The bathroom and toilet are in need of refreshment. The room was well decorated but small and no where to store luggage. Rather expensive for what it was.

very comfortable bed. Table and 2 chairs which was useful.

This hotel needs air-conditioning. We were there in temperatures of 40 degrees and because the rooms are small they were very hot, even with the shutters closed during the day.

The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. The terrace where we had breakfast was delightful. The swimming pool was excellent.
