United KingdomThe Jacussi is up a steep set of steps and needs an acrobat to get into it elegantly. Elderly clients would have real problems We are not big breakfast eaters so skipped breakfast but it seemed a little steep in price at 22 euros each. Hot water in bedroom took a very long time to come through and perhaps some warning made have helped to avoid a cool shower or bath.
Indoor pool was delightful with plenty of sunbeds both indoors and out. Rooom was large with very comfortable lounge area and balcony and lovely bathroom with a bath not just a shower. Building is in beautiful selcluded possion but very near the coast. Meal was well cooked and value for money.

United KingdomNot value for money at all. To have to pay additional for a travel cot when the room cost what it did was ridiculous. One 500ml bottle of water provided for 4 people. Attention to detail missing in all areas in relation to the cost of the hotel. The hotel is advertised as having a restaurant and this has apparently been closed since January. We would have chosen somewhere else had we have known. Staff seemed very non plus about having guests in and slightly put out.
Great location, pool and breakfast were lovely.

IrelandThe Hotel and Booking.Com advertised their wonderful in house restaurant on their websites and on arrival we were told that the restaurant was closed due to lack of staff and was closed since last January, six months ago. We were given no clear notice of this at the time of booking and the hotel advertised their restaurant on the notice board outside the hotel by the public highway. The carpets on the main stairway and landings were disgusting and heavily stained in numerous places.
The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We didn't use the spa which looked beautiful, modern and clean and in sharp contrast to the hallways and stairs. The lounge was pleasant with pleasing decor but was empty of guests.

United KingdomWe were asked on line if we wanted to book for dinner . The hotel had already taken our money for the stay . However we were told when we arrived at the hotel that the kitchen was closed for refurbishment. We were given a list of alternative restaurants , everyone of them miles away by car . Had we known , and before they took our money , we would have cancelled and found a more appropriate location .
Breakfast was good . Lots of choices .

United KingdomService was not existed and rude. When asked for a light dinner, we were told that we should have booked a table in the restaurant. We wanted only a light dinner or a snack. In the bar area, we were not allowed to eat and staff became more and more rude to us. Eventually we order room service. A mistake! The plats were delivered with the microwave lids on the dish. Taste of food no were found..... In the morning at check out, I got the same rude treatment again. Hotel management should think about future personnel.
The hotel is well situated next to Villers-Sur-Mer. Perfect spot for break or a sea side holiday. The pool and spa area was very nice and we enjoyed the time there. Rooms were clean and tidy.

United Kingdomb'fast was really good. Though you had to pay extra (!) evening meal was poor quality. Give that a miss. And they really need to sort the wifi. That was like going back 15 years.....
it all felt a bit tired and in need of some tlc. Let me give you some examples: the door on the sauna not closing properly and the handle coming off; blown double glazed windows in the pool area; two of the four buttons on the hot tub didn't work and not all the vents worked properly. Its not a cheap stay, so you expect it to be good quality. Wasn't bad. Just not as good as i had hope for the money. staff were very helpful and pleasant.
