A beautiful country France stopover, friendly and comfortable. After spending 4 nights in Paris at 34 degrees the pool was a bonus. The restaurant meal was excellent. Thank you for having us.

The heating system was not working. I have requested the reception to check, but they didn't solve it. Room 12. They provided me instead o heating fun, but it is not how they should have handled the situation.

Toilet and sinks were in two different rooms on opposite sides of the apartment. The tea boiler didn't work (but we didn't ask for a replacement). The WiFi stopped working the second day we were there.

Located in a beautiful and queit park. Large cottage with three bedrooms for a very affordable price. Swimming pool, gym and sport fields available. The staff is nice and helpful. Parking spot included and close to the door. Docks for river boats at a walking distance.

The lack of a comfortable lounge let the property down. Afternoon tea was not easily available

We had a large bedroom with a great bathroom with powerful shower. Food was excellent with a good choice. A very good and varied breakfast table. The hotel was close to the town centre and easily accessible to main roads.

I would you should ignore any comments older than 2 years as a new couple have taken this over and it is totally transformed from what some old comments seem to suggest. We had one of the cottages and it was brilliant. So well laid out and with equipment you could actually live there we felt, spotlessly clean. Great tennis court, and swimming pool. It is in big grounds so you have space and not disturbed by traffic at all. It is about 10 mins downhill into the lovely town and to the Loire. Good restaurants locally but we ate in during the evenings lots as loved the little kitchen.

Cleaning wasn’t as I had expected and we saw some strange solutions for plumbing, TV installation etc. Fitness room was very basic - and hardly usable.

The location is amazing and staying in one of the cottages was a very good decision when travelling with children. Well equipped kitchen and all the facilities we needed. Breakfast at the restaurant was very nice too - though far from the best I’ve tried in other hotels at similar price. The parc surrounding the hotel is truly spectacular.

Sadly we had an awful stay at what we were hoping would be a luxurious end to our holiday. The main building itself is tired. It is sold as a ‘spa’ hotel but we both had massaged which were carried out in a bedroom upstairs. We stayed in the cottages which were in a bad state. Our children’s room particularly smelled badly of damp and I don’t think the premium price is reflected in this substandard accommodation. We were also told we could only get takeaway from the kitchen which was cold and no replacement was offered when I took it back to the main office. It would be better to be honest and say there are no food options than to provide poor meal options.

We were able to use the pool which was nice.
