Minimal cleaning products supplied for a self catering facility. Had a brush, mop and one cloth for washing but nothing else. Cleaning supplies could be bought from reception or supermarket but for a short stay did not need to buy bulk. We We’re happy to clean ourselves but more cleaning supplies would be useful.

Clean and good facilities. Great location and staff helpful and friendly. Especially liked that you could order bakery goods for the following morning.

Having to strip the beds at the end of our stay! Bedroom was a little small, one side of double bed was against the wall. Cleaning kit as an optional extra - why not increase the room rate by 1 Euro per night and supply cleaning materials?

There were no disappointments. The website gives detailed information about the facilities available on the site and in the rooms, and the many photos accurately represented these. WYSIWYG.

The accommodation is basic but excellent value for money for people who are going to be out all day and mainly want somewhere sleep. Cooking and dining facilities in the accommodation are more than adequate. The location near the centre of Luz-Saint-Sauveur is ideal - within a few minutes walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, and perfectly located for visiting the best sites in the High Pyrenees. Luz must be one of the best locations in the region for anyone wanting a centre from which to go walking, cycling or simply touring the area by car. The small swimming pool on site was a welcome bonus on hot days. The reception staff were excellent - very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Responses to a couple of email queries in the weeks before we arrived were prompt and thorough.

We didn’t use the pool but wouldn’t have fancied being one of the sixty allowed at a time! We were only two so we’re very comfortable but it would have been cramped for 5.

Very well thought out accommodation, comfortable beds, very helpful staff, nice little outdoor area, very clean, friendly atmosphere. Sensitively planned to fit in to the environment.

The pool was much too small for the number of guests it was servicing. Several items in the apartment needed replacement (toaster, coffee machine, garbage can), which the staff took care of immediately. At times, we could not open the windows because other guests were smoking. It would be good to separate smokers and non smokers into different parts of the buildings.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the handyman. The location allowed easy access to many good hiking areas. The apartment we rented, the largest size, was comfortable for a family of four. The other guests were respectful and quiet in the evenings.

The breakfast could be better organized. There was no sponges, washing up liquids, bin bags, shower gel, no tea or coffee, nothing for the first night/morning. The bedrooms are tiny.

There is everything you need, little kitchenette, fridge, kettle, important for a family - separate toilet and bathroom, huge balcony. The Residence is located perfectly, a few minutes walk from the village centre, and is very quiet. Big car park is just in front of it. Was very clean. Location is absolutely beautiful and great start for cyclists to do the famous climbs. We would like to thank the staff for all the kind help they gave us with our extra enquiries )))

Disappointing that after booking I was notified that the spa and pool facilities were closed for refurbishment. Did receive a voucher for the luz spa but one of us still had to pay.

You pay the stay but you also have to clean at the end or pay for the cleaning services. I think it's a bit weird, at least in Spain. So maybe it's better to include this fee in the final budget instead claim the customer for clean in his holidays. (I meant, the final clean, of course everybody is responsible of the daily maintenance of the apartment) The water of the spa was quite chill

The place could be cleaner.. We stayed 10 days and neither bed clothes nor towels were not changed during our stay.

The Residence is well located. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All facilities are as promised.

The air-conditioning seems difficult to use and adjust, if indeed the little monitor box is for aircon rather than for heating, as it's all set up for winter skiing. In the summer, the rooms do get quite hot. We slept with all windows and balcony door wide open.

Excellent quiet location very close to the centre of Luz. Lovely balcony view of the mountains. Staff at the Reception very friendly and helpful. We changed our room on the first day from the ground floor to a balcony floor higher up and staff were helpful and kind in changing and sorting this for us. Nice to have two separate bedrooms and just felt at home straight away.

Besside furnitures, bedsheets, toilet paper and towels, the apartment was completely empty (not even cleaning products or soap to wash the dishes) but this is told in advance. A bit disappointing nowadays, but with the covid regulations sometimes. You have to book your place to the swimming pool/sauna in advance but there is no real control.

Location, swimming pool, sauna, furnitures and bedsheets (rare for this type of residency) were all appreciated. Easiness of the check-in/check-out procedure, within the opening hours (mentioned in advance).

Probably bedrooms could be slightly bigger, but as we spent most of the time visiting Pyrenees, it was not a problem. Furthermore, the swiming pool is not too big, but it helps to chill after a hot day.

Comfortable rooms and beds (including sofa), good and reliable internet connection. Also pool was serving kids after hot day in mountains. Furthermore, the kitchen was fully equipped and well prepared.

Swimming pool was too small for number of people used actually, so it was dirty water. People were not using shower before entering into the water. Wi-fi was slow or not stable sometimes.

Staff are helpful for us to stay comfortably. It was nice to store our bikes in the safe place. The view from the room was nice, while easy access to Pyrenee National Park by bike or car. The room we stayed was big enough for 2 or 3 people, so we were comfortable for one week stay.
