The hotel reception, breakfast and bar area was very nice and cozy with great art objects and design. The location was very close to Louvre. The room was very clean, and soap and shampoo was very good, and there was also even towel slippers.

If I had shared the room, I would not have liked that the bathroom toilet door is clear glass, and that the modesty curtain fitted around the glass of the shower part doesn’t go as far as covering the bathroom toilet door

I asked 3 times for my bed light to work independently and not have to turn on all the lights to do so but it was never fixed. There’s a smell in the lobby-!like sewage. Not too strong but there. I was charged 73 euros to clean a dress and slacks. I found that exhorbitant. Shower not strong enough.

Room was good, would have liked a full length closet space to hang dresses. Bathroom was modern. Location was terrific. Staff were lovely. They were always trying to be helpful.

Ongoing construction in front of the hotel which causes inconvenience. There is no fridge in the room, so not able to store cold drinks during summer days.

Location is great. Near to museums, restaurants, metro and shopping areas. Size of the room is decent for Paris. Clean.

There really is nowhere to unpack your clothes in the room. It pretty much all state in my suitcase. No fault of their own, but the entire street was under construction 😕. We were not bothered by any noise. It just made getting around cumbersome, particularly on the rainy days with single file and umbrellas. I don’t think I would stay this deep in the first again.

Modern rooms, comfortable beds, good shower. Very good breakfast with a good array of service. The dining room attendant was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Very good housekeeping service.

Rooms are compact (even the deluxe) and bathroom separated by glass, not a wall, with a curtain. Fine for a couple of long-standing like us, but may not be ideal for everyone!

Very stylish design. Spacious reception space for small hotels. The rooms, good size, are modern and each floor has unique decoration. Reception teams are all good and helpful. Great location, only few minutes walk to Lourve and metro. Surrounded with so many good cafes and Japanese/ Korean restaurants

Location is excellent. Design of the hotel was inspiring. Bed was very comfortable (mattress was medium firmness, which we liked). The room was nice, we appreciated the separate toilet. Breakfast was very good by Parisian standards (warm food included). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

If I had to find one fault it would be the lack of parking, which I guess is normal for Paris.

Very quiet room - hard to believe we were in the centre of Paris. Close to the Louvre, and lots of cafes and bars around. Large and very comfortable bed.
