You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaThe people at the hotel reception were not very friendly, the ones at the breakfast room were! The room was not exactly cleaned, only the garbage was collected and the towels changed. When i first got there, i wanted to pay for the trip and add breakfast too and i was asked to pay almost 100 euro more! I noticed that and the person involved recalculated and asked me the correct price! However when i went to vacate my rooms, the one in charge asked me to pay again for everything because my payment was not processed in their system! At first i tried to show him my bank statement, but he didnt even want to look at it! I was lucky that i had kept the papers and the bank receipt from the checkin and after i had found them i could prove that indeed i had already payed! Otherwise i would have had to pay again most likely!
I liked that it was close to the metro and a supermarket! The bathroom was big enough, even though the room was a bit small! We could leave our bags there before check!
