The staff, all though friendly, were not very organised. The pool area could have been excellent but was not cleaned whilst we were there. Coffee cups and crockery were not cleared away.

The hotel is in lovely location and the rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfasts were very good.

    Nothing to mention.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, both when we arrived and when we were leaving. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking on site. Parking is monitored by cctv and the gate is closed after a certain time at night. We did not try the restaurant as we went out elsewhere for dinner. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment.

The restaurant at this hotel was worse than bad! The service at the restaurant was really poor. It was a bunch of young people who had not received any basic instructions on how to behave and which order to serve the food. Our badly made cocktails were served together with the main course.

Some of the staff looked like you were bothering them when you asked something or ordered a drink. At the bar you had to chase them to be served despite the fact there was hardly anyone in there. There is nothing to do at the hotel. The jacuzzi & pool are closed in the winter. The area surrounding the hotel isn't to be recommended either. No minibars in the room so impossible to get even a snack outside of the restaurant opening hours.

One member of staff was really lovely and helpful and dished up something to eat despite the kitchen being closed already.

Service on the bar can be improved. A bit raster would be better.

No shampoo in the rooms, rooms weren’t done every days, tiles in the bedroom, badly designed, poor quality of service. Nowhere near a 4 stars hotel.

There is a space for a fridge, but no fridge. There is no separate shower. It's in the bath. No tea making facilities.

Large comfortable room overlooking the golf course. Staff were very accomodating.

I booked this 320 euro suite presuming it went onto the pool or at least looked over the pool. The manager told me the pool was in fact a hot tub and was just about big enough to fit 2 people. It should have been called the kitchen suite as it backed on to the bar kitchen and all I could hear above the TV was pots and pans being banged till after midnight. A complete rip off and misrepresentation of the truth. Worst hotel experience in my life.

    Nothing.

The staff treated us like we were fortunate to stay there. The hotel was pretentious but very ordinary. The food was second rate.
