Stairs to get to the reception in the first place. With luggage bags it was really hassle-some and there were no bellmen to help. The rooms are not like the photos, they’re much smaller in real life. I guess they’re photographed thru a wide-angle lens.

The shower in the room was unsatisfactory, water ends up on the floor. Temperature of water not always great. Room would get hot and stuffy, no way to leave a window open for fresh air.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but there's certainly no shortage of places in the immediate vicinity. I found the price quite high for a single room, but the quality was excellent, and I fear this probably counts as a reasonable price these days.

All the staff were so helpful and friendly- you can tell this is a really well-run hotel. The room was very clean and was well cleaned daily. The shower was good and you can stretch your arms out in the bathroom- not a given in Paris! The street is loud, but the windows are very well sound-proofed, so I had no problems sleeping (not sure what it would be like in summer) All in all, a really positive experience- I would go back anytime!

One morning we tried breakfast which costs an additional 10 euros per person for one morning, however, they are tiny and not worth the price, therefore, it is not worth getting breakfast there.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very easy to reach the centre and all of the main tourist attractions. The room was comfortable as well, we had an incredible view from the window. The room was clean.

Good room with everything you need for a short stay. Good location, very close to metro station and Orlybus. Very close to supermarkets, good restaurants and other stores - being close to Rue Da Guerre (an incredibly street) is a major plus.

The building/rooms may need some updating as the bed, furniture, and amenities are old.

Florent and the other staff are very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The place is very close to Denfert Rochereau metro station (one of the exits is less than 100m from the hotel door), the Catacombs, and a lot of great shops along Rue Daguerre. Perfect for travelers like us who like to explore the city by public transport - traveling to the main attractions (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, etc) are all under 30min metro ride (including changes) from Denfert Rochereau.

There is no elevator to the lobby from the entrance and a long walk upstairs. There is an elevator from the lobby to the rooms though.

The location is very convenient, close to a lot of metro stops, plus a bus line to Orly airport. The room was nice and clean with three single beds and a nice view. There are a lot of restaurants around and a grocery store across the street. It takes 20 minutes to get to the Eiffel tower by metro, direct line, buy your tickets in advance! The staff is friendly and helpful.
