Nothing really. One member of staff was a little brittle but apart from that no complaints.

Lovely large room with generous modern bathroom. Lovely fresh white towels. It was extremely warm during our visit and the fan in the room was very much appreciated and little sweets were a nice touch.

Bedroom doors auto-close, which is a pain when you have children, you need to keep a foot in front of door if you don't want it to close.

Peaceful oasis in the middle of a town. Great breakfast and great staff. Outside garden, games were great, we really enjoyed spending our time there. Good takeout options closeby meant we could eat in garden or terrace.

there was no curtain in the bathroom and we only saw the next morning that there were Venetian window covers outside. luckily there are no neighbours to peek in so we didn't had to use the bathroom in the dark

The old style atmosphere was very interesting without loss in modern amenities and comfort. the view from the window was amazing. Despite my very flawed French skills, we managed communications.

I loved absolutely everything about the place. The hotel is a nice historical building with a lovely garden, very peaceful and well maintained. We had a family room, which was impeccably clean and had a renovated bathroom. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good opportunity to enjoy a fantastic view to the mountains. Plus the price for children was a bit lower, which ultimately made it a good value for money. The hotel staff were all very friendly. We booked on the day of arrival, right on our way to Annecy -- they immediately got in touch to provide instructions on how to get the keys outside the reception hours. It was also very nice to read a nice welcoming message on a chalkboard they left for us with the keys. We would return sans doute!

We arrived late that night and only stayed there for the one night, but everything was great. The late check-in was seamless, the room was lovely and very comfortable. We were gone early enough the next morning so had limited interaction with the staff but the lady in reception was lovely and very kind. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area. FYI, drive to lake Annecy is about 15 mins

The bedrooms we were assigned unfortunately need updating. Wood chip. Odd doors to sauna style bathroom. No air conditioning in August. I would prefer the shower on the wall, rather than having to sit in the tub..

Gardens, view & beautiful mansion house. Friendly staff. 10 min drive to the water edge at Lake Annecy which is beautiful. 5 min walk to mini market, bakery, restaurants. 5 min drive to supermarket.

Reception is only open two hours per day and WiFi connection is poor in the bedrooms.

The property is a little down at heel.

Breakfast was great. The hotel is in a good location with nice views, and the buildings themselves are old and interesting.
