I could not enter my room... They send me an sms that the key would be on the door, but on arrival the key was not there. I called the reception, called the emergency number multiple times no one picked up. EVentuelly I ended up sleeping in my rented car! The next morning, the hotel charged me full price but as a consolidation offered me free breakfast...

not well taken care of. rooms are old and not appealing. expensive for what you get. i paid 91 without breakfast and would have found it fair to pay 70

Food was terrible, very small portions and overrated prices. We paid 70 euros and went to bed hungry. Terrible. Breakfast very expensive, but we declined it after a bad experience at dinner time.

The room was very nice, also a beautiful view.

Staff were miserable and unfriendly. Accommodation was very poor, out of date and shabby. It was very overpriced for accommodation of that standard.

Location and easy access to the village, surrounding countryside and beaches.

Wifi quality was poor. they def need to invest in Speedy internet I would also advise them to redo their bathrooms completely. When one pays more than €200 per night - he expects bathrooms of certain high standard and soft comfy towels (Egyptian cotton type). if they improve bathrooms and towels, plus Wifi - this hotel would be a gem.

Location is excellent. One cannot dream of better view: from the bedroom and also from the restaurant (which is also a breakfast place) ! -

Unfriendly owner and staff. No one spoke English. Rooms are too small. No air conditioning made impossible to sleep at night. Very poor bathroom facilities.

Did not feel welcomed, rooms need serious refurbishment, old shower curtain, thin walls, missing towel in wc (that was shared with other rooms), door of the room dated and ill-fitted - made noise. Bed linen looked like an old curtain. Terrible value for money (room 75+15 for parking). Feel cheated :-(

the rooms are old and the standard is in the best case a two star: no hairdryer, no shower( just bathtub w/o curtain), furnitures are extremely old and worn out. The corridor: dark and ugly.

Location is good - especially the view from the room with balcony was nice, also the room was rather spacious.

Although the croissant and baguette for breakfast were delicious, we ate the same thing for 4 days, so a little more variety would've been even better.

The host wasn't very friendly. When I asked about gluten free options for breakfast he said nothing available which I was more than happy to provide my own, however I had heard of the 'best restaurant in town' being joined to the hotel, and enquired about this- and he said there would be nothing they could give me!

Ramatuelle itself is a gorgeous little town, easy to access Saint-tropez but make sure you look around town too

Very Old Style Rooms,ok but not very cheap. The Furniture is definitively too old. The Bathroom is like an Oldtimer in the Museum Style. Need one small renovation.

The Breakfast is fantastic and the View of the Balcony too. The Sea View over the Landscape is so beautiful. And the short Way to the Pampellone Beach is nice.

The location is spectacular. Good for getting to different villages + towns. The restaurant has the best food around the area. Dinner is excellent +The breakfast is very special + typical of France It is a charming place to stay so you feel you are experiencing the South of France not a modern hotel which could be anywhere. It is family owned + run so the service is good & very friendly.
