So the pool wasn't cleaned for a serious period of time (ask upfront before you make the reservation). For a longer period of time there were 2 friends of the receptionist standing nearby the reception doing nothing and staring at people. It wasn't scary but that wasn't comfortable either.

Very kind people, room was clean and the buffet was great. good prices! good for just a quick 12 hour stay!

Corridors smelt weird and the breakfast was poor! Not hotels fault but it was a 20 min walk to town and any restaurants but very beautiful down by the river.

We stayed for one night en route to South of France. Pool was clean, rooms were clean, tick!

Found the staff a but surly, I asked for some ice so we could cool down drinks as there is no fridge in the room and the reception staff did not seem to understand. The bar was unmanned so we had to ask at reception for drinks and we had been driving for 6 hours so were tired and hot. The pool looked much bigger in the photos and the roads are busy and noisy. You could hear everyone in their rooms as we had to keep the windows open as it was so hot. Double bed was too small. Couldn't find any near by restaurants within walking distance so had to eat in a kebab place.

    Parking was good

The rooms were like university halls! Quite compact, no air con or fan (it was very hot when we visited), bathroom door had to be forced to shut properly. Decor needs updating. Bed uncomfortable.

Good location for travelling on the A7 Autoroute du Soleil. Swimming pool good. The buffet dinner was excellent, two course €20, fantastic choice!

hardly a delux room as facilities were same as normal room - pets in the hotel barking and also brought to the breakfast room - breakfast room had no plate so we're told to make do with saucers.

hotel was easy to find and parking was right outside of reception

Overall it is like an old Motel 6.....barely the basics!!! You get what you pay for....... NO A/C in this region of France during the summer can be quite risky....especially when all you need is rest to drive the next day.....

Location OK. Yet very basic.... no A/C!!!!!!

The hotel looked a bit dated and tired in the public areas. Maybe time for a refurb. The room was fine.

Helpful staff for check-in and check-out. Upgraded to a comfort room. Good buffet restaurant with lots of variety and a friendly waiter. Plenty of parking space. There is a swimming pool but we never found it.

The size of the double-bed: too small for two very tall travellers. Unfortunately bad noise isolation from the floor to the room.

The treatment from the reception is really not good. Also, I had a problem in the check out. There is a big board saying that the breakfast is included but you REALLY should ask if it is included. Mine was not, and I misundertood it was. I had a very bad surprise on the check out. I had to pay much more then if I was in a much better hotel. Also I was with my dog, and they ask me not to leave the dog in the room. It is not normal to ask this, once not all places accept dogs, as some restaurants.

    The restaurant is very good.

It was nothing like it looked or appeared to be. What frustrated me more was the dire location which we were forced to walk around as the hotel restaurant and bar was so poor only to find everywhere else to eat was either shut or of equally poor quality to the hotel.

Honestly? Nothing. It ruined the end of a great log weekend away.
