The accomodation is somewhat tired and could benefit greatly from repairs and renovation. The extra add-on charges for use of the tv, bed linen etc should just come as standard

Superb location at the heart of all the ski action and the lovely alpine village amenities... couldnt have asked for a more perfect spot. The owners/managers were great.

Flat was not very clean but still acceptable. For example children socks would get black and filthy just by walking around the flat for a couple minutes. Double bed mattress was old and very uncomfortable (children did not complained so not sure about other beds). Basic kitchen equipment and serving sets/cutlery but not sure if it would be enough for 8 people at a time. Nevertheless this was ok for the basic needs and for basic cooking in the flat. Reception staff were ok (also spoke ok English) but not very firendly and always seem short staffed. Single lift broke on last day so we had to carry bags/suitcases over three floors (happy that I only had to carry them downstairs). Shower trap was blocked and when we asked to be fixed we were basically told how to clean it and do it ourselves. Internet was an additional cost (€20 p/w for four users) although not prohibitive but TV set was also paid which seems a rip off and not standard. Bed linen also an extra (€10 p.p). Extra cost for garage (should have been included in the price).

Fantastic location and it worked very well in terms of access to the pists, telecabin and the village centre. Garage was good (despite not high enough to get through the door with a roof box). 8 person flat was fine for six people (the size of my group) but I would say it would struggle with 8 people at a time e.g. dinner table only had 6 chairs. Two baths+1 WC arrangement worked ok. Very good insulated flats (noise and heat) and radiators worked brilliantly. Fridge and cooker were good. Dishwasher acceptable. Microwave rubbish. Ski lockers quite big and well located.

The hotel was perfectlying positioned in the center of the resort. This made it great for access to the cable car and ski lift. The hotel was clean and inviting.

Boot room a little smelly and dirty coming out of the boot room.

Perfect location. Hard working receptionist. Very helpful.
