Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PolandContinental Breakfast is very poor :/ €7.50 only cornflakes some sweet bread, jam coffee tea and that's all ( 1000 kg of sugar and nothing more ) no fruit no meat no eggs only dry feed !!!

GermanyThe hotel is made from containers, like the ones for the workers on construction sites. A little bit noisy, as we could listen to our neighbors talking on the phone, though it was quiet at night. The bathroom small.
Friendly staff, easy check in. Icecold Heineken for only 1 €! The matress was excellent. Strong Wifi. Easy access to the nearby motorway.

SpainWould have appreciated better guidance on using the coffee machine which turned out to be an eccellent piece of kit with its multiple choices of breakfast drink.
Although only yards from the A71 motorway there was no noise inside the room. There was also no problem in accommodating 3 bearded collie dogs with us.

SwitzerlandI have stayed in this hotel several times. The last 3 were disappointing, even though I stated one of the main problem to the reception nothing was done 2 months later. Room was clean but also had a tobacco after smell. All the pillows even if they had fresh linen, smelled terribly to Tobacco and towels inside the bathroom as well. This was not a coincidence but a repeated case the least 3 times. Very cold room during winter time, and the AC heating needs literally hours to heat up the place.

FranceExtremely thin walls, you can hear everything from next door and upstairs. The Kyriad hotel next door has very, VERY bright lights that shine directly into the bedrooms of Fast hotel. Frustratingly FastHotel is aware of the issue and agree it is an issue. However they do not agree that they need to do anything to rectify the situation. So if you need something darker than daylight to sleep this is not the place for you. If you require sincerity from the staff also not the place for you. If you require a clean mold free bathroom not the place for you. All in all a pretty awful experience made worse by the member of staff agreeing with all my issues but then also thinking all that is acceptable! Blew my mind!!! Safe to stay will not be staying here again. Oh I nearly forgot, late check in machine was broken and the two women whom eventually turned up to check us in seemed to treat me like I'd broken it which was very strange. Once again exhibiting their perculiar take on customer service.
