The rooms were very clean and tidy. Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the cleaning crew.

The personal from reception was not friendly and room was cleaned only once in 5 days.After 3 days we don’t have shower gel and soap and I go to the reception to pick it up .

Squeaky floors meant if one person was up, everyone was awake. There was also a disgusting stench coming from the shower drain which was initially covered with a bath mat. Once that stench got worse we soon covered it back up again! 2 coffee sachets, 2 milk pots and one English tea bag for our 2 people on a 2 night stay

Perfect for a base for some sight seeing and staff were pleasant. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was clean.

What a lovely little hotel this was! It was very clean, our bathroom even had a bathtub, the breakfast was just what you needed in the morning (with really good coffee!) and staff was very friendly and helpful. Oh, and great location too! Totally recommend it for a little Paris adventure.

Our room was located right beside the elevator, and the housekeeping trolley was parked at our door, permanently. The corridor space was very tight. Heat/AC defaulted to a higher setting daily - too hot, but adjustable to suit. I found the bed was very warm, slept on top of the blankets most of the night, (in November)

The variety of breakfast meals should be more bigger, not same every day and these fruits (kiwi and pineapple) have a smell of can so they were hardly eatable

WIFI connection is the worst in the room, very disappointing. The hotel is too expensive for the size of the room and bed. Once we found our room door open coz the cleaner had forgotten to close it and she forgot to take the mop with it. Another day we came and found towels were hung on the doors in the bathroom and not changed (we had put the use towels to be changed). The taxi that was booked for us was supposed to cost 60 Euro. The taxi driver who did not park in front of the hotel in the heavy rain drove us to the airport and when dropping us off, he asked how much we had agreed on with the hotel. We said 60 Euro were agreed, but the taxi driver took 62 Euro instead. What is this shameful taxi service

The room was cleaned every day, the staff of the hotel are very nice and helpful. I liked the shower and the smell of the towels. There is a closet to put clothes in which is good and also a safe. The location of the hotel is perfect and in a nice quiet area.
