Not far away from old town of Vence where lots of cafes can be found for dinner. Convenient parking. Quite location. Nice and Antibes are easily accessible by car.

The rooms were very clean but are very dated, the mattress and pillows could be much better. The bar and the TV at the lobby closes at 9:00PM.

The new operators were helpful and friendly. Parking needs to be communicated up front, but they accommodated us well. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options. They was into town was very easy.

The location is brilliant and walking distance to the centre of Vence. The staff were very friendly and helpful with tips on where to visit on the Cote d'Azure.

Room was clean but needs overhauled. Same can be said for the rest of the hotel.

Staff were lovely although it needs some investment. The kitchen is very small so a very limited menu (basically no choice). That said, on my first night it was an outdoor Barbecue dinner which was very tasty. Second night was a fixed menu but again the food was really good. Both served outdoors. Car park is very small so best booking ahead of possible.

There was no restaurant in the hotel for the dinner, you could only buy some snacks.

Breakfast was really not that great, the sausages were awful and the scrambled eggs not edible at all (too watery). Soft baked cookies were delicious though! But for what's on offer, the charge for breakfast was not worth what was offered in our opinion. Not sure what to make of the €10 a night for car parking in front of the hotel when just behind the hotel there's off street (free) parking that's almost always available

The location was away from the centre, but close enough for a 10 minute easy stroll to the center. The hotel itself is old and reminds me of the 1980s Brutalist architecture of the old Soviet Union, but nonetheless clean and the rooms were actually bigger than most hotel rooms around the area, with the added bonus of a very good sized balcony. Although we didn't use the pool, it was a good size with a depth of 0.90metres on one end and 2.50 metres on the other, so deep enough for a dive. Although we were only there for a night, every staff we came across was friendly and helpful

Would have liked glasses in our room for water. And would have liked to enjoy our own bottle of wine on the balcony which is not allowed Despite what it says on booking .com parking was not free, and was charged at 10 € daily. We were told this was because it was busy but most days we stayed there were several empty parks. Breakfast was an extra charge but it was good. Staff were very friendly. We particularly enjoyed Justine, who was delightful and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Floreal. We had a really warm welcome and staff couldn't have done more to make us comfortable. Lovely swiming pool to cool down and relax. Breakfast had a good selection. The room was big and the bed very soft and comfy. it was great to have the balcony to enjoy. Great recommendations for meals in town as well. Thanks!

we had a 2 night stay. Unfortunately after the first night our room was not cleaned, so no new tissues, no new toilet paper and no cleaning of the room. We only figured it out at midnight when we came back to the room, but at that time nobody was available in the hotel anymore. We´ll, it worked out for us, but should normally not happen. (especially as we had put the sign outside on the door to please clean the room)

There was an unpleasant odour when we walked from the reception to our room. I think the hallway carpets need cleaning/replacing. The actual room was fine.

We had a recently renovated room 106. The bed was comfortable. A nice balcony overlooking a private yard. Parking was available and accessible. Staff was very helpful. A 20 minute drive to the airport in Nice. Vence was a very interesting place to explore. Old town was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The owner went out of his way to help us. We arrived late after 8:45pm as we had problems with our car leaving the airport. The hotel was very clean and nothing was too much trouble. Position is excellent as you could walk into Vence.
