Outside areas still need some love, overgrown grass in places, give the feeling the place is run down. Difficult to understand how to access the ppol, you need a badge, then you dont, which way to get in, where to put your clothes etc. Would have been easy with some clear explanation from reception. Food was unfortuantely really bad. Chip pan needs replacing - fat soaked chips. tough old boot pork ribs, ice creams from a wrapper part of a kids menu, just a bit cheap. We go the impression the staff were embarassed when dropping the food to us at the table.

Pool was smaller than we expected and diving is not allowed. This disappointed my daughter as this was something she wanted to practise.

I had already known it before, but the access was not easy if you would not go by your car.

The hotel was really nice for the family with kids. Our kids enjoyed nice table tennis/tennis court, billiard and swimming pool. It was nice for parents as well, regarding the points that kids can play with other kids in the playing room.

The only negative was that we had to move rooms at the last minute because the toilet was blocked and the replacement room was a long walk and upstairs which was tricky for my son on crutches

This hotel is perfect for those who drive or rent a car. If you are mainly there to visit Fontainebleau, you can still get your way around by local bus - just need to walk around 7-10 minutes into the village centre. There were like 5 buses a day. Otherwise you will need to get a taxi to city centre / Avon train station - may cost 50 Euro as there is no way to get any Uber there.

The hotel is located outside Fontainebleau city centre and has its chill vibe, perfect for a quiet staycation. I even saw goats in the field outside the hotel. I was surprised that there were quite a number of charging stations for electric cars. I would like to thank the reception staff who was kind to let us check-in to the room early.

The hotel was built decades ago and it seems that it has not been renovated ever since.

Nice location, friendly staff at the restaurant, good breakfast. Good quality hair conditioner and body lotion in the room (many hotels in a similar category offer only the minimum, a liquid that is supposed to work as soap and shampoo).

The location is only suitable if you are driving. A taxi could take 30 minutes and cost you expensively (e.g., 20 Euros for a taxi to Fontainebleau).

The room is spacious, and the furniture and appliances are modern and comfortable. Inside the hotel, everything looks new and neat. The pool and nearby area looked good too.

Air conditioning was not good. Weather was hot and hence room was quite uncomfortable to sleep. Couldn't keep the window open due to insects

Room was comfortable and staff was nice. Huge parking also made it easy to come by car.
