We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Flight was delayed going out, but Elena & Angelo were great & really helped us get in the apartment later than booked. Elena was waiting for us at the apartment & took us in & showed us around & made us welcome. Liaising with Angelo with any enquiries & checking out details was easy & he was very amenable & helpful. The location was great for bus & train travel just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. The choice of 2 balconies, front & back of the building, was excellent when the sun was too hot on the front & the breeze through the apartment was very welcome.

CanadaWe liked everything...we only wish we could have stayed on vacation longer.
Perfect location. Can easily get to train and bus, which we used often traveling to Cannes and Monaco. Within. 15 walk to the Fort Picasso museum,church and markets,outdoor restaurants. Angelo was easy to contact and allowed late check out. Ride the Ferris Wheel! Sat at night on balcony and enjoyed the view of the port.

UkraineIt took us by surprise that for 11 nights in the apartment we only got 3 capsules for a dish washer, no capsules/powder for a washing machine and only 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen there was no oil, no pepper, just a few tea bags and 6 filters of coffee.
Overall the apartment looks great, we had all the necessary appliances. The location is very convenient: right near the train station and about 15 min from the beach. The view from the balcony is great, although it was difficult to enjoy it because of the intense traffic.

CanadaThe apartment was missing some necessities which we had to purchase with our own money (cooking oil, salt and pepper, more toilet paper etc). The building could use some maintenance. There was no air conditioning but heat was managed okay with opening windows at night.
Walking distance to Vieil Antibes but away from the noise. Beautiful views from balconies on both sides of the apartment. Full sized kitchen to prepare our own meals. Convenient location to access train and city bus for day trips.

The location of the property was excellent a five mins walk to shops and the beautiful old town. A fifteen minute walk to the beach (we went to the plage de la gravette). The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything we needed. The views from the balconys at the front and back were amazing.

Excellent location. The unit was clean, specious, and an amazing view. Every time I had questions, they responded quickly. I will be booking here again! Two things that stood out the most: 1. I asked twice to extend my departure, and they accepted without hesitation. Even though I took the wrong train and had to double back, they still held my luggage in the apartment while the cleaners cleaned. 2. Two days later, I realized I had left a shirt. I reached out to them, and they actually still had the shirt. I went to retrieve it, and they even washed it! Honestly, and wholeheartedly, I'm blown away by the service. Definitely booking again with them.
