Very nice location and sweet little hotel. Staff is perfect, and so is the breakfast. The rooms are perhaps a little too tiny, and it would have been ever so nice with a (small) fridge in the room. But it was a overall nice stay.

The only downside is the room is on the small side, the bed is pretty small and the room we got was right next to the elevator so could hear quite a bit in the evenings (nothing that kept us from sleeping).

Ideal for 2/3 nights. The lobby and room were clean and modern, the staff were very helpful and friendly - made us feel at home :) We were welcomed with some mini macaroons and a message on our bed which was lovely and there is also complimentary Nespresso coffee and biscuits/cakes in the lobby throughout the day. The road is nice a quiet and the location is very central.

I expected the breakfast to be better in this kind of hotel. I stayed in cheaper hotels who had better breakfast in terms of choices and home made or local products.

The location was ideal. You could walk easily to most things within 30min. Two metro stations within 5-min walk too.

Hotel is very well located, most of the interesting places and nice districts are within walking distance or a short metro trip. The service is amazing. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Room is clean and beds are very comfortable.

Everything about this hotel was good. Nice and clean rooms. Wonderful breakfast buffet with quality ingredients. Helpful and friendly staff. The hotel also has a beautiful, classy and welcoming interior. And I had an interior room instead of a street side room so very quiet at night. I will remember this hotel for my next tripto Paris.

There was nothing that I didn't like, but it would have been nice to have a bath.

Bed wasn’t the best and pillows weren’t great. Woke up with horrible back pain everyday.

Within close proximity to cafes and restaurants. Shop is 2 mins away. Very nice decor. Clean and tidy. Very quiet as well. Free coffee is a bonus as well as free cakes!

Everything was perfect

Super clean rooms - furniture is new, bathroom is spotless, good French cosmetics in there. Friendly staff was always helpful, gave me a free room upgrade and also provided with useful recommendations about local restaurants to visit. Good location, 5min from metro station, but you can walk to Galerie Lafayette just 15min.

We liked it all

The hotel was quite funky and it was in a great location. We were easy walking distance to the river and Monmatre. Loads of lovely cafes and restaurants close by. The staff at Maxim Folies were very helpful and kind and made our stay special. We loved going back to the hotel at night and relaxing with the complementary coffee and cake.

The room was VERY small. You couldn't fit more than just the bed, so we had to store our bags under the bed. Due to the size it also lacked the usual hotel room amenities like a mini fridge and ironing board.

Amazing location in Paris and close to a metro station. The room was very clean and staff were friendly. Nice view of the street from the window too.
