Some hidden costs. They charged 15 euro for our tiny dog, with the argument that its for the extra cleaning. The hotel has parking but they charge 25 euro/night extra for that. We also had to pay 100 euro deposit.

Shower didn't work.

It was in the perfect location. Beach only 3 minutes away, and plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Very handy for the station and only 5 minutes from the shopping area.

I did not like that fact that they charged for baby crib (this was not mentioned before booking) where majority of the accommodations give the crib for free. Also, they took a security deposit which was not discussed while booking the room.

As with many hotels it could do with a bit of maintenance here and there but nothing tragic.

Great location, close to the tram line, Promenade, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The main train station is only a short walk away. The apartment was very roomy with a large double bed, great bathroom and useful kitchenette. The apartment was quiet and well insulated from the outside traffic. A lovely breakfast across the road in the Best Western was included. Staff were helpful and the room suited the needs of 2 adults and 2 small children perfectly.

I can't believe you have to pay for parking when you stay in a hotel, I put up with it considering the risk of getting your car smashed up, but the price is way too expensive. Also this is definitely the narrowest car park I've ever parked in, so if you don't have more than 10 years of driving experience please definitely don't park here. Also his family room is just a sofa turned into a bed, well...I didn't really like it anyway!

The check-in process felt very long. I tried checking in at 2pm, but I was told the room wasn't ready - fair enough! However, after 3pm it seemed like everyone was trying to check in, and there was only one staff member on reception who seemed overworked. The additional €100 deposit also seemed to take everyone by surprise, and it resulted in further delays. Thankfully, I received the €100 back after a few days. I definitely feel like the hotel could streamline the check-in process and inform guests beforehand of the required €100 deposit. Otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with the hotel.

Very central location, modern and well equipped apartment which was well planned. The bathtub was also fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating by setting up the sofa bed beforehand too.

The rooms need renovation, the cleaning is not everyday, they don’t provide tissue and slippers there were not a variety of amenities in the bathroom they only provide shower gel and toilet paper

The key, you have to let it leave at desk when you leave from the hotel. Sometimes you have to wait for people already at desk.

Good location city center, near good restaurants, near tram stop and the beach. Even aparthotel, there is always someone at the desk. A room was well equipped and clean.

Poor breakfast in another building, not best staff there, dirty all glasses by juice machine, you feel there as not very welcome. This is another hotel where you can get breakfast :) You have to leave 100€ deposit with credit card, no cash. Hotel quite old, not very modern. You have to collect rubbish and place dishes to washing machine, but that was not problem for me.

At the reception you don't get any information about the hotel, about breakfast, about anything, unless you ask. We felt we landed in the 20th century, no wireless payment, they still take deposit for your stay even if they have your credit card details and the rooms are very outdated.

The hotel has a very nice location, close to the promenade, close to restaurants. The rooms were pretty spacious, the bathroom too.

Nothing much. True, some of the furniture is a little tired looking. The kettle was a bit cheap and flimsy and the kitchen surface is scratched and marked. But honestly what do you expect for this price. Asking a €100 deposit seems to annoy some people. I can understand why and wonder if it is worth the annoyance it causes. I decided against booking another place as they required a €300 deposit! Anyway, I am trusting I will get my €100 back without any problems. The instructions about where to leave rubbish and putting stuff in the dishwasher or else there would be a charge could have been put in a friendlier way. That also obviously annoyed some people. It adds a little stress to your stay, if you are worrying about whether there will be extra charges.

Good location with easy walk to seafront (beautiful by day and by night), local shops, bars and restaurants. The very interesting Musee Massena is very close. I was apprehensive having read some negative reviews. However, overall everything was good. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The underground garage, although not that easy to get in and out of, was very useful and accessible by lift from inside the building. The apartment was clean and spacious. Yes, it has a quirky layout but it suited us well (with separate but connecting bathroom and toilet). It was quiet at night. The kitchen is tiny but had everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were comfortable.

I liked the location and how friendly the staff were. Unfortunately there were two cars that parked in a street behind the apartments that were parked there at 10pm every night and had 10 youths who were very loud so I had to go to reception and ask them to call the police to get them moved along. The room size was very good and everything was spotless though
