The employees were friendly and helpful. They gave us very useful information when we told them we were going for the marathon. 😬 The location of the hotel was good. The rooms were a little old but adequate. bathrooms and toilets were clean

We found very visible hair in the bathroom when arrived. Air conditioning was not working.

Good connection to inner city. Chic room - seemed bigger that what was originally booked. Loved the water machine option in the lobby.

Size of the room is very decent for Paris and several services are provided such as coffee machine, fridge and drinking water you can collect at fountain. Efforts for reducing energy and water consumption are done. Location is good regarding public transports that can be reached in less than 10 minutes. Convenient stores are located nearby.

I didn't like the noise from the road. Since, it was pretty warm, so I have to keep the window open and when you open the window, it is too noisy. The cars, bikes and all type of traffic moving from the street all the time. Having said that, I still find it an attractive place to live in.

I like the support that I have received from the staff members. Everyone I met was fabulous and provided full support with extra care and attention.

1. I arrived late. the hotel door was locked and the receptionist was not there. I waited for 15 minutes at the front of the hotel until the receptionist came from outside. the situation was annoying. 2. The first night I couldn't sleep well because there was a lot of noise coming from the cars and motors in the street although I locked all the windows. My advice if you plan to stay here choose the 6th floor which is away from the noise. 3. On The last day one of the receptionists knocked my door at 12 and asked me to leave. the communication and the approach could be in a better way!

1. Room service was excellent you can ask for it every day 2. One of the recipients I can not remember her name ..... she helped me on my second day to change my room ... big thanks to her. 3. I felt the area was safe and there are a couple of restaurants for about 3 minutes walking. 4. Aldi is about 5 minute walking so if you stay long you can buy your needs. 5. I recommend if you plan to stay long book a Superior Double Room or Executive Double Room as the other rooms have no refrigerator 6. WIFI was excellent 7. The bathroom and bed were nice 8. A/C was fantastic 9. Metro about 8 minutes walk

I’m not tall, but I’m not the shortest either. The mirror in the bathroom was so high up, I could only see my forehead. I had never had this problem before. The hairdryer was placed too high as well.

The window are dangerous for children, you cannot keep them open without any careful, since are completely accessible and there not barriers avoiding falling. The air conditioning was too much directed on the bed, thus we kept it off during the night.

The staff kindness, the breakfast, accessibility to kitchen utensils during the day was fundamental for the children

Drainage of shower was poor, rug dirty, fridge didn't keep things cold and AC not up to scratch. Sofa bed seemed a bit unstable in the middle and very creaky.

There was only one girl at reception desk. When I went down in the morning there was nobody, I had to wait for her to come to her desk for like 20 mins in the morning, which wasn’t nice at all and she didn’t even apologise.

Location was ok, 10 min from metro station. Far away from city centre, easier to use metro than go on foot.

It was near a budiness area and high court I believe.. needs sbout 20 min to travel to many tourist sites..and quiet after office hours..But it is ok.

The bed and bed sheets are very nice. I slept and rested very good. The temperature control is very good too. Bathroom is modern with walk-in shower. Nice privicy. Nice staff. Free water refill. Coffee and tea available in the room.I had good rest and felt safe. Convinence stores around and price-quality restaurants around.

Parking was just a small area, not secured and accessible from the street. The nex mornig i found coffee/ thee and cigarette ashes al over my brandnew car, probably from the appartements above the parking lot.

Breakfast was ok. Not many choices, just main and healthy. I missed bacon and eggs. Room was too small for a family room. We were two adults and two kids. The couch which was turned into bed was nog comfortabel at all. But in general and nice and ok hotel but definitely not worth the price

I spent 23 days in the hotel. The reception staff members were fantastic, all were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the room cleaning was constant and serious. The price was reasonable.
