A small point to improve: the open wardrobe. OK for a 1 day stay but a little small for a longer journey.

Room was spacious, bathroom good dimension and nicely designed. Bed was very good. Sheets were soft like silk. Breakfast: good/broad choice and nice breakfast room.

Quality of breakfast. Better off going a block and a half down the street to a coffee stand where fresh croissants and pastries are made fresh daily. No shelf in the shower for soap, razor or shampoo. Only French spoken television. No international news.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location across a nice park from the train station. Short walk to "restaurant row" and public transportation. Our room had a nice view of the park.

Breakfast was rather bad, mostly because coffee from the machine was not using real milk. As often in France there were no vegetables and only limited fruit available. I'd recommend eating breakfast in some cafeteria outside.

Views from the room were very nice to park outside! Personnel was helpful.

We were welcomed by a lovely front desk agent (Laurie) who helped us store our bags and navigate to our champagne houses! She was very nice and helpful! Our second interaction with another front desk agent was lovely as well! We loved our room and terrasse and had a brilliant stay!

Very basic room, even though we were 'upgraded' to an executive room, the room did not have a telephone to call reception, did not have a fridge or mini bar, no mirror in the room, just one big towel etc. So lacking of comfort.

No towel rack or hooks so it is hard to recycle towels. Very little shelf space in bathroom and no hook for toiletry bag. Requested a crib for a 1 year old but never heard back from property and they provided a twin bed so we couldn't use it. A/C worked one night but not the next. Breakfast was just ok.

Comfortable bed, good location-very near a pedestrian street with many restaurants. Near a parking garage and the main train station. Sights to see are close enough for walking. Staff were helpful in giving us directions.

Place is a bit run down, i.e. closing the door to our room was difficult. Some rooms have a open bathroom to the bedroom, so the shower is in the same room. We asked to change and this was no issue since there were other rooms available.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They helped us change room, carry our luggage and make arrangements in the city. Comfortable and large bed. Very accommodating to travel with a baby.

The hallways to the room aren't lit, so you walk from the elevator (lift) to your room in semi darkness. Maybe there are supposed to be sensors which when activated will turn on the lights. If this is the case, then they were broken on our floor. The hot water took so long to reach our shower that I assumed that there was no hot water at all. I was just about to call reception to tell them that we had no hot water when it started to warm up. The shower (it was a shower in the bath) was the most difficult shower I have had to get into and out of. It was really awkward due to glass screen not being able to move properly due to the bathroom layout. Although there were these little complaints, the overall stay was enjoyable and the room very comfortable and I would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the restaurant and cafe district and to the Cathedral. Plus it is also just a short walk (through a lovely park) to the train station. It was a very comfortable room, plus we had a view of the cathedral. The staff were lovely.

Hallways were dark, creepy and dirty. The old style building and small room scream for renovation which is likely going to be quite expensive.

The shower isn't closed on the side next to the loo which is a bit tight but it wasn't a problem really. The parking might be a concern for future visits - but on the plus side I only mention it because we definitely want to return! The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The double bed was nice and large and very very comfortable. We also liked the charming and friendly barman and enjoyed lovely drinks in the bar. We had a very good dinner in the dining room with lovely wine. The parking was a concern but we very fortunately got lucky with a lot in the side street which amazed us. Otherwise I think it would have been difficult with our baggage. The location of the hotel we were unable to enjoy but we so liked what we saw that we are very interested in returning. It was a lovely stop and not the usual sort of road stop we have in Riems. It would be a good hotel to explore the town from. I would highly recommend it. Yes, we liked it very much.

The room was very cramped and dark and needed to be decorated. The bathroom was tiny and not overly clean (grubby tiles around bath and smelly floor around the loo). Breakfast was overpriced at 15 euros for basic continental. We found cafe around the corner and had lovely breakfast for 4 euros. Probably wouldn't go to this hotel again if I was to visit Reims as there were plenty of hotels in city that looked nicer.

There was no dedicated, secure car park. The deco was also pretty tacky

Actually, it worked very well indeed.

    Property was a little tired.

Location was excellent and secure public underground parking was a five minute walk away.
