Breakfast was fairly cheap at just under 10 Euros, but not especially exciting - limited bread, cereal and cheese options. You get what you pay for...

Good central location in Orleans. We had a cheap room - so it was on the small side, but fine for our single night stay. Pleased there was a giant roof fan, as it was a hot night. Reasonably modern inside (rooms must have been refurbished a few years back). Secure bike storage which was important for us.

The beds and shower could have been better, shower too small for "bigger" persons. Appartments need some upgrade, does not have to be luxurious but basic ok.

We like the location, very close to the center, and parking very safe, beautiful buildings and terrasses and restaurants, beautiful old center of Orleans. Beds and accomodation poor, nice guy at the reception though, breakfast pricy.

A in room coffee pot or kettle would have been nice. Very difficult hotel to find , even with gps! Hotel closes for evening at 10 and only way to get in after this time is by way of phone call and I wasn't carrying a cell phone!

The location. The room was small as needed 2 single beds. Had a lift which was needed . Parking was discounted as was arranged by hotel in underground parking. 10 euros per day.

Our corner room was noisy from foot & street traffic which meant we had to close the windows. Ceiling fan was effective for cooling

Our greeting in reception was super friendly and there was safe storage for our bicycles. Great, central location and free drink voucher for nearby restaurant was a bonus. We had a superior room which was a corner room. Spacious but noisy with foot and vehicle traffic. Older style hotel, but clean and comfy. Breakfast was good

We thought the standard room was a bit too basic for the price!

We had two rooms - a standard double, which was in fact quite basic with the tiniest of showers and an executive family room, which was really nice and had a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was good with plenty of fresh coffee, baked goods, cereals etc.

Only that certain small things were missing from the room that make the stay a bit nicer. There was no soap. No tea/coffee making equipment. Also just a tip that the nearby car park has height restrictions. If you have a roof box the nearest car park is about 10 mins away.

Parking was a bit hit and miss and we had to keep going round the one way system to see if a 'pay and display' space became available near-ish to the hotel. Not easy to unload luggage outside Hotel entrance as narrow street with one-way traffic.

The room was very clean, spacious enough and had a fold away bed as well as the double bed. The bed linen was very clean. Nothing. (Except avoiding pre-paid breakfast.)

I didn't have breakfast here, and I never have breakfast at the hotel: it's always, invariably much better elsewhere. You'll find a better place for yourself nearby. The room was superb, a lovely bow window out onto the lovely street. Magnificent. The young female concierge knew everything and was so kind as to speak to us in slow, pediatric, I should, not pedantic French, and so helped acclimatize us to France. Her English was also flawless, when in need. The others serving as concierge knew well how to guide us too. The hot water was full and abundant, the location, right off the main square (Joan of Arc's), was perfect. Parking was at a fine discount at a lot half a block away. This is it.

The manager is nice and can recommend good restaurants and nearby attractions. The location is just a block or two from the main square. Though it is a street with cars, it's not frequent at all. The bed was low and firm, but overall comfortable. The room has a ceiling fan with 3 speeds. The bathroom is small but everything works fine. I would happily recommend it to others

A great hotel in a central position at a really good price. Rooms looked to have been recently modernised and although compact were perfect for our needs. Youths shouting and screaming in the streets late at night. The local hoteliers association should raise this problem with the city council and the police for the benefit of businesses, residents and tourists... The lobby at reception was too small; not enough space for new guests to arrive, others to check-out, and current guests to come in and out at the same time. No lounge to relax in after check-out time of 11 am. Did not have breakfast-too expensive at 9 euros per-person.

Friendly staff at reception. Comfortable room. Central location - all the city-sights accessible by foot. Clean and tidy facilities and rooms. Reasonable price for the room - not affected by other guests in other rooms. Would like to stay at this hotel again.
