there was nothing that we did not like. it took a bit of work to understand how to collect keys but once Cynthia explained (assisted with several photographs) - all went well.

Really nice, clean and very comfortable apartment (6th floor, elevator). Our party was 4 pax and we've had plenty of room. Modern kitchen was very well equipped. Beds: bedroom (double bed) and sofa bed in the living area. You can see the Eiffle Tower from the living room!!! apartment is walking distance from a local metro station although we choose to use Uber (it just worked better for us). Average cost of Uber (to the city center) was 15 Euro. We collected keys from a local supermarket (very close to the apartment). Cynthia was very helpful with making sure that we know how to collect our keys and how to get to the apartment. Big parking area next to the apartment building. Really good (although short) stay!

Location is easily accessible and convenient. Metro station is nearby and Supermarket is right outside the gate(it can be accessible only with the entrance fob/key). Everything is within 5 mins from this apartment.

Leaving: we left the keys as instructed but the keys included a fob to open the parking lot. So we were trapped in the parking lot until a resident helped us out. Normally this would not be an issue. However, we left early in the morning on a Saturday to catch our plane. I think we could have communicated with the host better regarding our plans so I do not hold this against them.

The location was fantastic. Very close to a subway stop, a patisserie across the street, and a grocery store next door. Secure parking for our car. I joked with my family that if you watch films set in Paris you conclude there is a French law that all apartments in Paris must have an unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. Well, the view of the Eiffel Tower from this rental ruined my joke.

For booking.com: from start i had problem with this booking - i couldn't comunicate with property via website or mobile app, i recived empty messages via email. I wrote to booking.com support but no answer. Luckly, there is mobile phone for direct communication which went great.

I loved absolutely everything. The shop is on the corner, metro 10 min walk, parking is free, good size clean apartment, great view, very quiet, everything what you may need in the kitchen to cook.

We came as a family of 4, the couch was terrible and stinky so my husband slept on it without pulling it out, there was no sheeting for it. I ended up sleeping in a small bed(140 I'd say) with two kids. We were asked if we needed something not to hesitate to ask. We asked for clean sheets, never got the answer. The towels were also very stinky, cloth too. We washed it in pure water since the detergent was empty.

The apartment was big and near metro station so we were well connected to the city center. The Eiffel tower view was magnificent.

We stayed for 18 days, and it was during a very hot time of the year. We paid a premium surely, because it was during the Olympics. We asked a few times about the possibility of having a fan in the apartment, because the nights were terribly hot in 25-30c+ temperatures and we were on the 6th level. We were just told that these temperatures were not typical for Paris, which isn't relevant because they were that way for 16/18 days we were there, and the investment of 30 euro for a fan is a simple courtesy for the price we paid for this stay. Wifi was not very strong. Communication was off and on, as it seems they might have multiple people answering messages as sometimes they were in French, and sometimes in English. Message responses were often delayed enough that they were irrelevant by the time they came through and we had to figure things out ourselves. I do wish we knew ahead of time that there was only one badge and set of keys, and that it isn't possible to enter the building by being buzzed in or entering a code. The other adult in my party and I often had to wait up at night for the other to return, to go downstairs and let them in the building. I think the building has capabilities for entering a code, but the owner has either disabled this feature, or won't provide it.

Location was fantastic for us, such easy access to the Metro line. The neighborhood felt safe and had everything we needed, and it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. All the basic amenities were provided and the apartment and complex were very secure.
