Room didn't look like the one in the booking page. Breakfast food was not being replenished after it ran out. Physical keys makes things difficult. Renovation works in 4th and 5th floors.

Only one complain, Mr Enzo, very disappoint experience to talk and ask anything to him. Very rude employee. I do suggest the manager watch the video record of his conversation with clients. Amazingly rude and useless as a hotel staff.

Unfortunately, the room had a moquette flooring which I don't really like because it gives the impression of being hard to make it clean. However, the room was very clean and the moquette was not stained. The room smelled of fresh paint, so we had to keep the window open.

The room was very quite and the location was very central and well connected with two metro stations at walking distance. The beds were very confortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and meeting all tastes with fresh and delicious foods and drinks. The staff was kind and very helpful.

Lift was cramped but not a problem

People were super helpful. Room was much bigger than expected. Breakfast and downstairs lobby area were really big and accommodating. Great base.

Excellent hotel in the Opera neighbourhood, all amenities available. We asked for a quiet room and indeed we had one. Nice bar service with a variety of drinks and cocktails.

One kind of breakfast every morning (for longer stays it might become annoying). As the lift is very small you might have to wait to get upstairs if you are a heavier person or have heavier baggage. But it is better than having no lift at all. I did not like the fact that you have to give your room key to the reception every time you leave the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our first room but the staff solved it by the next morning. Great location. If you have a problem with your room then kindly state it to the reception and they will try to fix it.

Location is close to major shopping. Louvre is walking distance and Metro is nearby. Michel on reception was excellent with info on travel, areas to visit and where to eat.

The room was a bit small, the building is old and the window kept opening (it was zero degrees outside) , you can hear the next door doors closing and opening.

The bedroom was, regrettably, quite small for two people. It felt a bit cramped and lacked the space we would have expected for a comfortable stay. A bit more room to move around, especially when sharing with a companion, would have enhanced the overall experience.

The staff, without a doubt, were a highlight of our stay. They were consistently friendly, accommodating, and always ready to offer recommendations or assist with any inquiries. Their warm and welcoming attitude added a touch of hospitality that we truly appreciated.

Mainly technical: - need to leave the key at the reception everytime we want to go out (not a very private request) - elevator is small (old building) -A/C was so-so and had several malfunctions during the night (which got me awake by the heat)

I want to thank the hotel for the very pleasent stay. They had a great costumer service . I want to highly appreciate : -the guy that helped open elevator door and handle suitcases. - Kimberly - she was very nice and tried to help us as much as possible due to the situation we had back at home. We took another 2 nights there. She had an impaccable english and a very good service. We had to leave early in the morning , so she wrote a note that they will pack us a small breakfest to go. The hotel staff is amasing . We would definetly come back and reccommend . Location is perfect , near opera garnier and tons of cafe's and supermarkets are nearby. Walking distance to tulleries garden and the Luvre
