The rooms were a little small. It was difficult for my sister and I to get ready at the same time.

Great hotel. The food was delicious. The location was great, easy walk to everything. I didn't realize the bar attached to it was like the "it" bar for Après-Ski. My sister and I had a blast. Also, a good spot for different activities in the area. All the Viator/Airbnb experiences knew where it was.

Noise from the bars outside. The double room we had was the cheapest one but didn’t have a view and was small. It was fine for two people however.

No minibar in the room. No places to store luggages, we left our backpacks on the floor in the reception as per the receptionist guidance.

Was beautiful and great location. Would’ve been nice to have some refreshments provided such as bottled water, even a little fridge. Otherwise was beautiful. Is a bit loud, not the best sound proof from outside.

My room was a bit cold, had to sleep under two sets of duvets. otherwise it wa all good.

The location is great, very central. The staff were amazing helped with all my queries. The breakfast had surprisingly many vegan options including two types of non dairy milk. The hotel is very stylish.

Very comfortable bed and great shower. The mountain view was 80% blocked by a neighboring roof and only one of several electrical outlets in the room worked. My phone didn’t get charged overnight. The bathroom outlet for hairdryer didn’t work. But, best breakfast buffet after 10 days in France. Fantastic staff, very helpful.

The room was very clean and the bed was sooo comfortable! The view from our window was beautiful and the room decor as well. They are pet friendly, which we loved because we were travelling with our four legged family member 🐶 Great location!

It was all great but breakfast could have been better. Not enough food out on a number of occasions and variety could have been better It is a bit noisy in the evenings as there’s a lively bar downstairs but it didn’t bother us at all but might bother others. The bar had a great apres-ski vibe!

The after ski club was quite load but shut down early enough to allow a good sleep.

Optimal location for mountain adventure activities, next to the Chamonix train station and city center for gear. Nicely designed interior and layout of room. Very good breakfast before hitting the mountains.

The music can be loud at the bar and be heard from the room (but it’s not until late)

Location is really nice, room is very nice and staff super helpful. Excellent breakfast. The après ski party at the bar is the best in town

Superior twin was nicely furnished but small - we only took breakfast once and it was good - we loved being right next to the train station so no walking with skis
