Our hotel was great only disappointing the room was rather small but comfy and Eric had a story or bit of advise each time we passed reception

Room was extremely small. When I check the floor map they gave us the smallest room number 33. Bathroom even did not have proper door it was not closed.

Receptionist Eric was an excellent host. He was so kind and cheerful.

It’s part of the charm of a Parisian hotel like this but the narrow lift opening onto steps of the winding staircase were potentially a bit hazardous to anyone not very stable on their feet. Also steps up to reception, not great if you have heavy bags.

Using elevator with luggage is a feat. Stairs are too narrow to carry luggage to 3rd floor. Water from shower escapes despite the curtain and kept the floor wet

Perfect location, clean and quiet. It's a small hotel where you can't spend much time but it's an ideal boot camp to explore Paris

It is recommended to travel with the small luggage The steps are very steep and rather dangerous especially at the entrance into the lift, which is situated on the first floor

Cleanliness, while the room is not very dirty, there's definitely room for improvement as some parts of the room was a bit dusty. The toilet area gets wet easily as there's a gap between the shower area glass door and the floor (not a big deal, just some parts of improvement).

location is very prime, very convenient and easy to get to the main attractions, major shopping areas. staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful, when i needed some help to make a reservations with restaurants, they helped to communicate and made the reservations for me.

The temperature in the bedroom was too high. I had to stop the heating in order to sleep well. No lift available to reach the welcome desk, only stairs.

The hotel is very well located. Friendly welcome with a lot of advices! The bed was very comfortable. The price is correct considering the location.

Elevator is very small due to the building’s age. The heating system in the room is also insufficient.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was very close to Louvre Museum, and also within walking distance to the opera and other significant landmarks. Christmas Market on a nearby street was amazing. It’s a historic hotel with helpful staff. Eric is a nice man and was very helpful in every aspect.

This is an old hotel with limited access and you must be able to accommodate a winding staircase up to the lobby desk and to access the small elevator.

Location was exceptional, close to most of the things we wanted to do and see. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Loved the charm of being one of the oldest hotels in Paris! The hotel rooms were well appointed and clean.
