The rooms were super clean, the air conditioning worked perfect. We had the room with the balcony and our kids stayed across the hall facing the street. We were glad the hotel was on the smaller side so our kids weren't so far away from us. The location was perfect with cute cafés right on the street. It was a two block walk to the metro, which was super convenient.

There was no iron in the room, but one was provided as soon as we asked.

Modern hotel with Parisian charm. Excellent central location with great transportation links - 10 minutes from Gare du Nord and walking distance to Montmartre, the Opera, and lots of local restaurants and stores nearby. Friendly, attentive staff. Spacious, spotless rooms, with stylish, lux bedding. Everything was well above expectations, and we had a fantastic and memorable stay!!!

Only improvements would be not asking for the iron and ironing board to be set outside the room after use. We used them 2x every day, and there were many irons in the storage closet, so this seemed overly cautious, but understandable. Counter space is non-existent in the bathroom, but there were two sinks which was nice. I'd strongly suggest adding a larger shelf by the sinks and trading the optics of more space for more functional design.

Staff was impeccable. Room was small, but normal for Paris. Most everything was great.

The Air conditioning worked, unlike the property we originally booked at. Thankfully this hotel had a vacancy and we were able to move here instead of sweating all night at other location.

The description of the room included air conditioning but the air con did not work due to the weather (spring and the hotel advised the guests to open the windows for cooler air). As our room on the 4th floor faced the street, our room was never quiet (and we requested a quiet room).

The room was clean and felt luxury although it was rather small. The amenities are replaced everyday. The room had a quite small table for kettle and cups; but there was no coffee machine.

The hotel was clean and well positioned. Bed was very big and extremely comfortable.

Nothing we loved everything :)

We loved the location of the hotel, it was a one minute walk from a metro station, just outside a bus station and surrounded by wonderful cafes and bars. The staff were lovely and always helpful, they even cleaned our room each day so we always had a clean and comfortable room to return to after a full day. They offered dinner and even recommended amazing restraunts and attractions. We would choose to stay with Hotel R de Paris again.

Nothing. All good overall. Shower kind of leaked into the bathroom but easily mopped up.

The room was far too hot. Unfortunately it had a shared system with the room next door who for various reasons needed the heating on which meant our room was extremely warm and uncomfortable at night. The front desk did put the fan on for us one night but it subsequently broke down. They did try and help us as best they could.

Great location, very polite staff, fabulous sized room and delicious breakfast. Very easy to walk to central locations and two Metro lines to choose from. Great bistros, boulangeries etc literally around the corner.

Great location for Moulin Rouge and Opera area. 20 min metro ride from Gare Montparnasse. Clean hotel with pleasant staff. A modern hotel in a classic boutique building

I loved everything about this hotel! The location was perfect, the room was spectacular and big compared with the average room in Paris. The balcony was also superb. We had everything we needed. The cleaning was perfect everyday. The staff was also exceptional, they were so helpful and nice! We will definitely return to this hotel! We highly recommend it!

Size of the room - way too small. Also it wasn't a double bed but two single beds pushed together. The spa is missing chairs to relax.

Only downside was very small size of the bathroom and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor (same issue for our friends in their room)

Well presented, perhaps recently renovated. Bedroom good size, bright and comfy.
