How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

The spa has a swimming pool only during the morning, without any jet or Jacuzzi, just a simple swimming pool and not very warm. To enjoy the other facilities (Hamman, salt room, sauna) you have to wait until 14:00 and they stopped at 19:30, which is not convenient if you want to combine it with visiting villages around. That schedule was not published when I did the reservation. The variety of the breakfast was not good.

Verified reviewDinner was exellent The hotel looks very good on the ground level where the restaurant and the reception are. The rooms were clean but not compfortable.
The room epuipment was old and on many places broken. For the price it wasnt acceptable. It is suppossed to be a wellness hotel but the wellness area was pretty but poorly organized. People had to walk though the sauna area ( which is suppossed to be non textile) to get to the pool ( were of course you wear swimmsuits). That was very unconfortable. There were not signs at the sauna area and lots of people behaved inacceptable: Going into the sauna with their swimmsuits and sitting on the sauna benches without towls which is unhygienic and made the sauna wood look bad ( not like on the pictures). The hotel is o.k to stay for a night or two bjt for people who like wellness its definitly disappointing.

The beds and washrooms need an upgrade. They don't change the towels and bedsheets everyday, you have to ask them to change.

Verified reviewThe staff was great. The room was ok. We got the connect rooms with our kid. The mountain view was great. You can see the town from the parking. The toilet was very big.
The hotel and the room are old and not the same as the photo. The hotel is located on the top of the mountain so if you don't have a private car. It will be complicated. The swimming pool was very cold and very small. You need to reant the towels for swimming pool that normally other hotel usually offer this for free. It's much smaller than I expected from the photo. As the hotel is located on the top of the mountain and far from everything. So it's difficult to get to the restaurant even if you got a car or even to order the food by app. Yes, the hotel was offered the dinner, but the menu wasn't variety. The breakfast wasn't good and suitable for all ppl. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was not worth the price.

Verified reviewIt was a beautiful day with my family in this hotel. Near the hotel is a wonderful forest. We also took a walk with our children there. Unfortunately, I cannot say anything of SPA, because we didn't have time for this. But I'm sure, if we go to Colmas Christmas Market again, this hotel will be my favourite again. Thank you for this nice evening and day!
