Everything is good so far

Old hotel but it is very well - maintained. They have heating - air conditioner in each room so easy to control and keep room temperature as you want. Good location. Right before get out main station you can see the hotel's signature board.

Mouldy grout in the shower. Kettle smelled strongly of vinegar. The luggage storage is just in their lobby area (not secure).

Has old charm to it, but could really use some renovating. Room Keys (metal ones the size of your hand) have to be turned in before venturing into the city (and picked up again when returning).

Across the street from Central Station. Friendly staff, allows pets. Clean, but OLD. The hair dryers look like something from the 60s. Beds are surprisingly comfy.

unfortunately shower drain did not work and backed up so water was all over. could not take showers during our stay which was unfortunate but only one night stay so not a major problem.

One small glitch -- it's a hotel where you leave the room key w/ reception. So you must pay attention that the room key is the same as your assigned room number, otherwise there could be some confusion. I failed to pay attention to that, and there was some confusion, which was easily dealt with.

Impeccably clean. The hot water was hot, the shower facilities easy to use.

There are some steps to get from the sidewalk into the building, so it's also hard if you're carrying heavy luggage. But it's really just a few steps, so nothing major. The corridor and room doors are kind of heavy, it's hard to keep the heavy doors open while moving around with luggage (and a small dog!). Some other guests were loud at some point in the night, and the rooms are not really soundproof (so it seems), so I woke up when that happened. Also, the street is loud; however, the room is air-conditioned, so again not a major issue, in my view. Despite these minor problems, I would still recommend it!

Friendly staff, no extra charge for pets (dogs), toiletries offered. I was positively surprised. The bathroom is small but very functional, it has everything one might need. Very close to the train station!

It was all fine.

We stayed in a spacious and bright family room in the 5th floor. The view was lovely. Confortable beds, plenty of storage, good showeroom. Parking in a nearby car park for 15 euros per 24 h. Walking distance from the cathedral.

Some staff are helpful and friendly, some are not. Door to the shower was stuck and doesn’t shut. But we only stayed for one night so didn’t mind.

Location, spacious, great sun light and view to Norte Dame. Powerful shower. Good value. Separate shower and toilet.
