Weird noise from central heating early hours and separate toilet from bathroom with cracks in walls

Wifi was terrible. Ladies underpants left on floor of room. Not really a true chateau, more like a large country house. Don't like shower over bath.

- ..that really needs a renovation - some bugs in the rooms - (almost) no other guests when we were visiting (in september, off-season) so no real atmosphere

Nice and quiet surroundings. Very peaceful. I highly recommend if you are looking for a nice countryside to enjoy and reflect Staff was very helpful and nice. Disney is a 20 minutes drive away.

The only shortcoming was the wifi which was essentially unusable (extremely poor connectivity). We came in from Disneyland pretty late at night and finding transportation was a major challenge (ubers/lyfts unavailable, taxis unwilling to commute, no bus or train access at night).

Staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing. Room was large and came with all amenities listed on websites. Quiet and quant area and guests.

The site of the Chateau was tired and run down. The gardens and buildings needed maintenance. The family room bathroom in the garden building was mouldy and the beds were really uncomfortable. It smelt damp and the carpets were stained. We were thoroughly disappointed given the price.

There was a pool and sauna.. The Chateau reception rooms were nicely decorated.

The lack of exterior upkeep and maintenance. No food and it shows a Michelin award on the gate/entrance, certainly no where near that award standard. One night was enough to put us off this venue.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. The chateau is very nice. Location is perfect for Disneyland and still OKay for Paris trips. Breakfast are nice, but our kids don't necessary need full breakfast. Facilities offer horse riding, tenis, pool and sauna

Beautiful building with amazing gardens. Overlooks a horse stables and arena. Very quiet area. Lovely pool. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The terrace is a lovely place to sit, covered but airy, which was lovely as the weather was very hot. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They sourced us some lunch, even though the restaurant was closed and allowed us to check in early. The breakfast was delicious with huge fresh croissants.

The hotel did not have a fully functioning restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Excellent location and great hotel with character. Some decor and furniture a little dated, but that just added to the character and authenticity. The staff was great, breakfast was also what you would expect. All fresh and clean.

The staff were fantastic and the room absolutely beautiful and what we expected. The breakfast was divine and served like we were king and queens! The place is wonderful, beautiful and peaceful. Couldn't recommend this chateau more! Thanks again for having us and give a pat to the beautiful friendly kitty cat!

It is old and to be honest, the final years are already behind us. The swimming pool, rooms, bathrooms, terrace and the outside of the building are all in a bad condition. the place is great and I believe that is was something special in the past, but now it’s just a building with great pictures on booking to get some final money in. I would suggest to have breakfast somewhere else. The staff was very very friendly.
