Bathroom was not fully cleaned. Hair on the tiles below the sink, yellow stains (urine?) in the back of the toilet seat, towels not fully white

Breakfast was Ok, did not try swimming pool but looks good. Nice location under the trees.

Rooms are a little small. It was a bit hard to find the hotel using the GPS - there must have been some road works recently as the entrance is off a roundabout and the GPS had trouble finding it.

The restaurant is excellent, and offers a good choice of food for dinner. Restaurant staff very friendly, relaxed & helpful.

Carpets in room and corridor were the dirtiest I've ever seen (well, except in one Chinese hotel in the middle of nowhere). Quite noisy in the room but perhaps a fault of the other guests?

Pool and dinning areas are nice. I had a deal price for one night at 57€ in my opinion given the quality it was too high, 2nd night was offered at a price significantly unjustifiable!

Although we were in August, the water in the pool was very very cold. Public transportations are bit limiting but not difficult

Very friendly staff. Spacious and well equipped studios. I hope to return another time.

Small room, small swimming pool and noisy neighbours.

The beds were comfortable, the location is good and quiet, the restaurant is cheap.

its so basic and run down, dusty and dirty walls, bathroom walls full of black mould, hight of shower cubicle less than 1.9m, not for tall people, entering room full of mosquitos, when asked for spray i was told to buy one from supermarket, we stayed 1 night but we were bitten all over, studio lucking kettle and utensils to use frying pen, no tea towels to dry the dishes, bed linen had holes of 2cm dia, heliotel hotel should be closed for upgrade and maintenance, its not worth even 1 star, stay away from this place, outside is road work going on, the place is full of dust

friendly staff at the reception desk, plenty of parking spaces

We were in a Studio room for a family of 4. These are situated around the back of the hotel and are in the basement. The room was dark and felt damp.It felt very dated and the fixtures and fittings were worn out. The plug socket came of the wall when you unplugged something exposing dangerous wires. The kitchen area was tiny but functional. The bathroom was fairly clean but had no window or extractor fan. There was no air conditioning in the room just a fan, so the windows in the room had to be left open which led to mosquito's getting in and several mosquito bites! Having a car is essential here as there is no where to go around the hotel in walking distance.

The swimming pool area was nice but was a little small. As we were the only people there that afternoon this did not matter. The pool was freezing cold though.Staff were friendly on arrival but they were hard to locate after this. When you did find them they were usually outside on a break and you felt that you were disturbing them.

It could have been dusted better.

The hotel offered me what I was looking for at a reasonable price. The room was small but comfortable and adequate for my needs. The washroom was also small but modern and bright. The staff was very friendly. The pool was a welcome addition and the restaurant was very pleasant with its verandah.
