Shuttle bus I had a problem with my taxi booking and the girl on reception phoned the taxi company.

Breakfast and dinner buffets were just OK. They could have had a better selection - seemed on the more economical side. The A/C isn't programmed to work during Spring - it was very hot in our room so we requested fans, which only helped a little.

Prices at the restaurant are very high, 4.5 euro for a small bottle of water.

Nice design, comfortable room, cleanliness, soft towels, breakfast, free shuttle to Disneyland.

Bathroom could do with some updating. Several lights or sockets not working in the bedroom. Unable to adjust heat so was advised to use a fan or sleep with window open.

Bar area was lovely to sit in of an evening. Bed was very comfortable.

Room air conditioner did not work, and bar staff seems to be scared of bar manager, he has a bit of attitude. Just watched how they have been treated and have to say I wasn’t impressed, just sad.

Beautiful hotel, especially for kids, clean, comfortable, great breakfast and good swimming pool. Shuttle very punctual and only 10 min from Disney. Reception, restaurant and house keep staff friendly and helpful.

Would have loved it to be more magical as families are clearly staying to visit Disneyland. Nearly all families were wearing Disney themed outfits.

Very clean and nice decor. The bus shuttle frequency is great to Disneyland. Love the bedrooms. We are a 7 person family and really struggle to find hotels to accommodate us. The connecting rooms were great. Loves the moon and the stars in the rooms around the bunk beds for the kids. Also great shower.

Breakfast was very poor. Too many confusion at the bar. Didn't like the attitude of the manager of the bar. If you work in this industry at this kind of hotel, you need to have more patience and don't be rude. Was waiting too long to order. Shuttle was late. I guess it was Easter holidays. There are too many people to take care of.

The hotel was nice inside. The room was nice and clean. Very friendly staff at the reception and restaurant.

From the ~40 lockers in the changing room at the pool only one worked. Out of three elevators only one worked which meant we often waited >10 minutes until we could finally get onto it.

The hotel is magic, the perfect way to prepare your kids for a trip to DisneyLand ;-) The dinner buffet was "not cheap", but really great, totally worth it.

The choice of food in the buffet isn’t the best for evening meal. The family room is quite small, hardly no space to hang clothes up. There is also no first aid in the hotel, one of the children split their eye open and they could only offer a plaster. There is no money exchange in the hotel, Disney or surrounding hotels. The nearest is in Paris city centre and the airport

The reception and bar area is fabulous to walk into, it’s magical. The bar food is lovely, the staff are so friendly and helpful.

The bar area in the evening seemed a little understaffed and there was a long wait for snacks and service. The outside garden areas look like they needed some work but we also recognised we were just coming out of winter. We also had planned as part of our trip to go into Paris a few times, it's really easy to get there, but it was quite a long journey, over an hour, but that was our decision at the time.

The hotel was a great choice for our family, the location to Disney was great and getting to and from Disney was really easy with the free shuttle bus. Breakfast in the morning was incredibly busy but the staff were really efficient and we didn't have to wait too long for a table, we only ate once at the evening buffet, the food was good quality there too. Everything was clean including the pool.

No staff outside to manage the shuttle bus and stop the chaos. And the shop sold waters for €4.50 wjen there €3 in vending machines

Pillows were too small and uncomfortable. Sometimes queue for breakfast was very long. Shuttle bus to disneyland was disorganised chaos.

The family room set up was great, comfortable beds. Swimming pool was decent and children loved the arcade. Really liked the decor and the changing scenery at night. Staff all friendly and helpful.

always a que at the lift due to only 1 lift working out of the 2 that was there and the pillows in the bedroom are only a square size cushion other than that everything was perfect

Limited poolside chairs (considering size of the family hotel) Simple breakfast lacking variety Scrambled eggs with a strange plastic-like texture Poor quality coffee (I admit being quite picky with coffee but there is certainly space for improvement) Long wait time for seating at breakfast, inconvenient especially with Disneyland's opening time (there were a lot of empty tables but the actual seating by staff took time)

Food available a little later in the evening - even if just room service as by the time you get back from disneyland closing, it's too late to get food. Really minor point but it would have been great if the 'moon light' in the room could have been lit independently as a night-light as our daughter won't sleep in the dark which meant us all trying to sleep with the lights on.

Incredible breakfast buffet - but make sure you get there early before the huge queue starts to get a table. Lovely atmosphere with 'disney - style' music playing even as you arrive outside the hotel. Incredibly beautiful, mesmerising, immersive displays in the great Hall.

Family room wasn’t very big for 4 people plus luggage and a buggy. Pool was dated and in facilities in need of renovation Breakfast poorly managed - running out of plates, cutlery, certain foods, breads etc. I felt the demand could not be met. Shuttle bus service not ideal - not frequent enough at peak times meaning the bus would turn up full sometimes and we couldn’t get on.
