Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Our toilet was separate to the rest of the bathroom (sink and shower). Only one pillow per person. No sharp knives in the kitchen (only butter knives). Mould in the bathroom and found several spiders in the bedroom (I hate spiders!). Centralised heating system so we couldn't change the thermostat - we were cold in our room.
Great location close to a big shopping centre with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket, and 15 minute walk from the RER train station. Free shuttle bus to Disney just across the road. Comfy sofa bed and spacious apartment. Nice little nook in reception with toys and books for kids to play with.

While I understand that this is not a conventional hotel because its also an apartment, I would have appreciated for the room to be cleaned at least after 3 days and a change in bed linen. I cannot understand why they would charge extra for such facility. The breakfast is extremely expensive - €18 and English Breakfast is not offered.
Location is excellent. A 15 minute walk to Eurodisney and 5 minute walk to the shopping mall. Shuttle service to Eurodisney is top notch, always on time and at various times as well. Room are spacious and convenient to do meal preps for the parks.

Room card didn’t work each day we were there and we kept having to go back to the front desk. Found to be a fair few woodlice/bugs in the room/bathroom over the few days we were there but unsure where they were coming from.

Some reception staff unhelpful but most went above and beyond. Some dubious messaging received beforehand and no response re travel cot but on arrival not a problem

The hot water for showering runs out very quickly.
I felt very comfortable, it has a beautiful view and a small market with useful little things. The transportation to and from Disney made things much easier, and I could also go to the station near Disney when leaving.

Staff while polite were slow to assist, the two times we went to reception we were held waiting for assistance while staff ate or were caught on the phone while other members of staff could be hear chatting elsewhere and not at the desk. We were here for 4 days and room was not cleaned or were new towels provided. Not a deal breaker but worth mentioning as it then took over 10 mins to get some towels at reception.
Brilliant location for Disneyland and Val D'Europe Shopping center, nearly in the middle of the two and not too far from a RER either. Only a 15 min walk to both Studio room plenty big for 2 people, great to make breakfast before heading out for the day. Beds were comfy and hotel was quiet despite obviously being full.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the Disney parks which was very useful. Even then, it's only a 15 minute walk to the parks. Our room was presentable and well maintained, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

We use this hotel whenever we go to Disneyland Paris. It's 10-15 minutes' walk to the park, or you can use the free bus from outside the hotel.
